I just bought a new Della Mazda. What an amazing experience. Conor was so kind, listened to me and got me a wonderful deal. The time spent from financing, to meeting the service team, sales manager was top notch. I have already passed the extra cards I asked for to share my experience. I see some negative reviews here but to be honest, I don't know if it was just a bad day or something. Me personally, have had simple oil changes, inspections, tire rotations etc. as well as major work done after an accident with zero complaints. I do know that if there were issues that the Della management team would fix it right away to make things right. Me though, I give them 5 stars for all of my services I have received from them. Thank you to the Della family for making my experiences with them excellent.

This is our 3rd vehicle from Della Mazda and we will most likely be back for a 4th down the road. Parker Jordan was our sales rep and he was wonderful. He was very helpful and worked hard to get us the exact CX-30 we wanted. Price was fair and even though Della didn’t have our exact CX-30 color and trim in stock, they found our vehicle quickly and we were in it within a week. I feel that Parker went above and beyond to get us our vehicle and strike a deal. Thank you Park, Ryan, Micheal and Mark for all your hard work and making the lease of our CX-30 go so smoothly.

Della Mazda has a great reputation and I could see this as soon as I walked in the door. I wasn’t even sure if I wanted a Mazda and was honestly a little lost in my car search. Parker Jordon was my sales associate and he made the process so easy. He took the time to find out what I was looking and matched a car that would fit my lifestyle, needs and wants with no upselling or pushiness. He did such a thorough job explaining the car I was interested in and answered all my questions. The entire staff including Ryan and Michael made the process of buying a car so easy and enjoyable. I even received a follow up call from Parker on how I am enjoying the vehicle and if I had any follow up questions. I couldn’t be more pleased with how I was treated and the service I received. I wasn't sure if I even wanted a mazda but I eventually came back and got the CX5 with the great help from Parker. he wasn't pushy but did keep in touch when I initially didn't go for it even though I liked it and that was a leading factor in what got me to come back and purchase a vehicle from him.

I went to Della to get service on my CX5 and test drive a CX30. After talking to the sales team I decided to trade in my car and purchase the CX30. They were extremely helpful and I received a good deal. I would highly recommend them for new purchases or their service department.

Not pushy, they listen,they give you time. When your ready to get a great car with great service go to Mazda this is my first Mazda and I'm gonna end up with one more later on. My initial contact with Conor was as a result of my doing some online research/shopping. Most other salespeople would have bugged me every single day via email/text/telephone. Conor respected the time-line and parameters I set and ultimately earned my business by not pushing. Even after my test drive when I told him I still wanted to check out a competitor's cars, he didn't push. I never did go, I felt good about my car, my salesperson, and the dealership who supported me shopping in my way and in my time. Couldn't be happier with the end result.
