This dealership has always been welcoming, informative and attentive. My first purchase from this dealership was in 2022 and James Y. sold me my vehicle. He made the process easy and helpful. He left such a great impression I made my second purchase today! James has been fantastic in every area and has NEVER left me feeling disappointed nor made me feel like I’m being left in the dark. I highly suggest making him your car sales man as you won’t be disappointed. Terrance reviewed warranty options and answered any extended questions I had. He also helps you review the different warranty options and tells you which one would better suit your needs depending on what you’re looking for. I hope anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle from West Herr Honda follows through with it. They’ve helped me buy my dream car twice and without them it wouldn’t have been possible. A huge thank you to anyone who has helped me along the way purchasing both vehicles. I applaud everyone on their hard worked efforts. Keep up the amazing work!!

As soon as I pulled up even thought I was early and it was still their lunch time, My Service Manager, Dale, greeted me and had me sit in their clean, spacious waiting room. When they were all done, Dale came out and explained everything to me. It was for a recall so there was no charge and they inspected things that had nothing to do with the recall.

If I could give a car buying experience 1000 stars, I would. This was by far the fairest, easiest, and most transparent experience I have ever had. Not only did they give us a fair deal on both our trade in and our new car, but they communicated the way I prefer (text) instead of a barrage of calls. Wayne was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about him!!! And he even delivered the car to me in Rochester because my work day got crazy and I couldn’t make it up to Lockport. That allowed me to sign all paperwork at home. I can’t describe how easy the whole process was! Thanks, Wayne, for your kindness, transparency, and excellent customer service.

I have just leased my 6th straight Honda from West Herr in Lockport, switching from the 5 high-end Accords to a CRV Hybrid (the Accord has become too long for my garage :D) and have, again, had a truly pleasant negotiation resulting in a good deal. I worked through Sales Consultant Bob Michael who more than lives up to West Herr's high standards and who is a very intelligent straight shooter. Of course, Honda is a great product to begin with and, yes, there are still springtime supply problems, but West Herr NEVER does markups at any of their many dealerships, no matter how short the supply. They got me the CRV with the trim level and color I'd put a deposit on after a reasonable (by today's standards) wait. There was no pressure to purchase add-ons. The only one I chose, because it works so well, is the Simoniz coating. (They didn't bring it up. I asked for it.) In all my lease negotiations over these 12 years, every one has been a good, fair deal and a far more enjoyable experience than one might expect. Service has been great all the way, and routine maintenance has been more than competitive in pricing. These are tough, pricey times for getting a new car but, IMO, West Herr makes the process as easy-going and satisfactory as I could ever imagine returning a good value to a loyal customer.

This is the second pre-owned vehicle we have purchased from West Herr Honda in the past 10 months. The advantage of West Herr is that because they own several dealerships with different makes of cars, they could arrange to show us several different makes side by side for a comparison. It was an enjoyable experience both times because of our sales person, Robin. She was relentless in her car searching, and professional, knowledgeable, honest and never pushy.
