Purchase of 2022 Ford Escape SEL

This is the fourth vehicle that we purchased or leased from Brown's Ford in Johnstown NY. This particular 2022 Ford Escape was the first vehicle that we had ever ordered. The vehicle was delivered on-time from the manufacturer and was available for pickup a few days later from the dealership. The Sales Staff (Mr. Marotta) and Finance Manager (Mr. Reed) did an excellent job meeting our needs and making the purchase easy and enjoyable. The vehicle arrived just as ordered and the above individuals took the time to familiarize us with all the features that this vehicle offered. We are proud Ford vehicle owners, and will continue to do all of our future sales and service business with Brown's Ford.

Car was ready before I could pick it up. No complaints and now the brake pedal is the same every time. The pedal travel would decrease for the first few times I used the brakes. The annoying scraping sound is gone since they resurfaced the rear rotors.

We were passing through on our way to Indiana and had an alarm indicator come up on the dashboard. We drove into the dealership and explained our situation, they got our F150 in and out in about 90 minutes from when we pulled in. The issue was solved and I was charged exactly what I was quoted before the job began. The dealership was clean and well maintained, and the personnel were friendly and professional.
