Brown's Ford of Johnstown

This is the fourth vehicle that we purchased or leased from Brown's Ford in Johnstown NY. This particular 2022 Ford Escape was the first vehicle that we had ever ordered. The vehicle was delivered on-time from the manufacturer and was available for pickup a few days later from the dealership. The Sales Staff (Mr. Marotta) and Finance Manager (Mr. Reed) did an excellent job meeting our needs and making the purchase easy and enjoyable. The vehicle arrived just as ordered and the above individuals took the time to familiarize us with all the features that this vehicle offered.
