8/22/22: I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 53,706 miles on it. Was told by Rick at Best Auto Outlet that the car was serviced prior to me purchasing it 10/16/22: While visiting my daughter in PA, I woke up to a dead car. I had to have it towed to a dealership up there because I lived 3 1/2 hours away. The car was in the shop in PA for over three weeks with major repairs needed. 10/19/22: I contacted Rick at Best Auto Outlet to inform him about the car and ask him for help with a loaner vehicle. Rick accused the Jeep dealership in PA that was fixing my car of lying to me to make money on my warranty. 10/27/22: Called Rick at Best Auto Outlet again to inquire on a loaner vehicle until my car was fixed and was told they do not offer loaner vehicles. 11/9/22: Called Rick at Best Auto Outlet again when my car had to be towed a second time. Got no response. 11/18/22: Went to see Rick at Best Auto Outlet in person when my car had the engine light come on again. He had their "mechanic" look at the car and they could not figure out what was wrong. He refused to take the car back unless I put down more money and purchased a different car from him. He then told me to find another Jeep dealership to bring the car to and make use of the “great” warranty I purchased. Since then the car was towed two more times and was in the Jeep Dealership Repair shop for 2 months in need of a new engine with an estimated cost of $9,870. The warranty company is refusing to cover the cost and Best Auto is not returning my calls. 2/9/23 - Called Rick at Best Auto Outlet and sent a text message when he did not respond, asking for a call back and have not heard back from him. Best Auto Outlet sold me a defective vehicle as well as a bogus warranty. Best Auto refuses to make the necessary repairs as stated under the Lemon Law and the warranty that I purchased also refuses to make the repairs.

The owner is [non-permissible content removed], I bought a Car from them last year. They promised me that they would stand behind the car 100%. I did not have the car for more than a week and the problems began. I wound up without my car for four months. Instead of paying for the repairs under their warranty, they used my extended warranty so all they had to pay was for the deductibles. They removed my name brand tires and replaced them with Chinese crap tires. I am still owed repairs that were promised when I purchased the car. I am owed 4 months of car payments that were promised by the owner Assad, to date he avoids my calls and has the sales representative ignore my texts and numerous phone calls as well. These [non-permissible content removed] should NOT be allowed to be in business. I have reported them to BBB and I plan on taking them to court to get what is owed to me.
