Used Cars at a Range Rover Dealer?

The purchase of my used Acura from Land Rover was very unusual due to unforeseen circumstances. But I can tell you that the General Manager values all his customers. He made it right and I really appreciate it! I did not buy a Range Rover, but I feel like Danny and Christy treated me no different than any other customer! They came through to make things right and I would buy another vehicle from them. Maybe next time a Range Rover!

I took my Range Rover in today to have it looked over before my wife takes it on a long trip. They checked it all out and even cleaned it up. When I went to pay for this service they didn't charge me a cent.

This Land Rover dealer has been servicing my Land Rover vehicles since 2017 (7 years). Roughly a dozen services during this time interval. Every single time they have made it easy to make an appointment, carried out the service with perfection, and with courtesy and professionalism.

My first service appointment

I called and Eric scheduled my appointment. I was scheduled in quickly and the appointment was at my convenience. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and everyone working in the service area and showroom acknowledged me and were friendly and helpful as always. The work was done earlier than estimated. The service at Landrover of Santa Fe is amazing. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

Santa Fe Land Rover has earned my trust and loyalty. I trust the staff, in all departments and could not be happier with my 2023 Range Rover Sport. Service on my car started on time and the duration was what was quoted to me. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair. I was offered a ride if I needed transportation, I was offered refreshments. The kindness and attention from the staff was very much appreciated. I like working with Eric, the Service Manager, as he listens and gives recommendations. Santa Fe Land Rover is the only people I will allow to work on my car. I thank them for being professional and friendly.

Outstanding service!

We were on the road from Solverthorne, Colorado when we passed the 75,000 mile service mark, and had an issue with a lost gas cap. Called Eric at the last minute and he put us tight into the schedule. Drove in at 2:30 and he completed the full service, including a much-needed car wash by 5:00 pm. Check-out was a breeze and the price was half what I used to pay back in Florida. Everyone, and especially Eric Trowbridge, were efficient, courteous and very friendly. I feel like I should drive the 6 hours from Colorado to Santa Fe for every service from now on!

I traded in a 2015 Volvo XC60, for a 2011 Lexus RX350. I am a nursing student & really needed my monthly payments to be more manageable. Peter, in the Finance office worked with several different banks & credit unions, for MANY days to help me get the best finance rate & monthly payment. The whole staff was courteous , professional & eager to help..... including watch my dog while I did a test drive :) Now, that is above & beyond if you ask any dog lover. I absolutely love my Lexus, it is a bit older w/ more miles, but I like it so much more than I did my Volvo, and my payment is exactly what I asked for. I appreciate there tenaciousness & how frequently they stayed in touch to let me know what was going on throughout the process.
