Great experience at Hamilton Big Country Ford, Clovis

I live in Roswell, and after checking all over NM for the car I wanted and finding no one who was willing to help me out because I owed quite a bit on my trade in, I found Hamilton Big Country Ford in Clovis. Ryan and Max were absolutely the best!!! Everyone in the entire office was very polite and professional, but Ryan and Max went above and beyond! They made me feel very comfortable and were easy to talk to. They worked hard and got me what I wanted for the payment I wanted! If you are wanting a new or used car go to Hamilton Big Country Ford. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience there!!! Thank you again Ryan and Max!!

Based off my experience on car sales representatives, I have never seen such outstanding performance and amazing customer service. I live out of state but came in the local area to visit family. This representative showed great understanding of my needs and assisted with any and all questions and matters pertaining to vehicles I took interest in. Overall the quality of professionalism as well as knowledge base of the vehicles offered assured the well being of my family both financially and personally! I would definitely consider buying from her in the near future as well as referring her specifically to friends, family, and co-workers! Outstanding patience, knowledge, and quality customer service! I would absolutely consider coming back to Hamilton Big Country Ford just to purchase from Lani!

Great buying experience

I bought a new Ford Explorer XLT with 202A package from Hamilton Ford, Clovis NM. I spent about a week negotiating the right price for the accessories, color and interiors that I wanted and in the end got everything that I wanted at the price that I thought was reasonable after having done extensive research, test drives, and after having received numerous dealership quotes. I also used Edmunds and Truecar.com for comparable rates in my state and guys over at Hamilton Ford honored my final quote. Overall I am quite pleased with how they handled my business. They had to put in a special order for me and I waited for about three weeks before the final delivery could be made. My only advice is to do your research, establish contact with an internet sales manager, negotiate- and in the end if you like what you are getting then go for it or else there is always another dealership.

My name is Penny May and I recently was in the process of trading in my Ford F150 for a Ford Focus but the deal fell through because the sales people chose to lie about my fathers income. My father was co-signing for me because he has perfect credit and was trying to help me out, but when the dealership lied to the bank and the deal fell through we asked for my pickup back and I got it back but only after I was cursed at in the sales office with my two children. Then I go out to get my pickup only to find that they had taken my stereo and my running boards off of my pickup and were refusing to return them. During all this my pickup is in my name and they never payed off the bank or had the title to be removing items from my pickup. Now it has been about two months and still the Hamilton Big Country Ford in Clovis, NM has not tried to resolve this issue. So they stole my stereo and running boards and are still making no effort to return me my items. This has been the worst experience in my life and I plan on telling as many people as possible about this.
