Hamilton Big Country Ford

My name is Penny May and I recently was in the process of trading in my Ford F150 for a Ford Focus but the deal fell through because the sales people chose to lie about my fathers income. My father was co-signing for me because he has perfect credit and was trying to help me out, but when the dealership lied to the bank and the deal fell through we asked for my pickup back and I got it back but only after I was cursed at in the sales office with my two children. Then I go out to get my pickup only to find that they had taken my stereo and my running boards off of my pickup and were refusing to return them. During all this my pickup is in my name and they never payed off the bank or had the title to be removing items from my pickup. Now it has been about two months and still the Hamilton Big Country Ford in Clovis, NM has not tried to resolve this issue. So they stole my stereo and running boards and are still making no effort to return me my items. This has been the worst experience in my life and I plan on telling as many people as possible about this.
