I had a great experience working with Angel from Wayne Hyundai to find the car I was searching for. Angel was so professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the Hyundai vehicles I was considering- I was able to find the pre-owned vehicle perfect for me. Harold, the sales manager went out of his way to help the sales process go smoothly. Harold always made me feel welcome when I came by to see any potential cars I was thinking of purchasing- he even took the time to call me to let me know there was a vehicle that had just come in, that he thought I may be interested in. I appreciated that so much!! Mo, the financial representative was extremely helpful in reviewing the finalizing paperwork that needed to be addressed-Mo was wonderful. Free oil changes and great service- I would recommend anyone to Wayne Hyundai!!

Bait and Switch - Avoid at all costs

Do not waste your time visiting this dealership. They advertise low prices on their used cars and use dealer fees such as vin etching and appearance package fees to increase the final price of the car. On a recent visit, they tried to include a $1000 vin etching fee and $1000 paint protection fee on the final price of the car in addition to a $699 document fee. My visit was a complete waste of time. The people working at this dealership may be some of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in any line of work.

TrueCar price = a No car price

I have been researching & test driving the Hyundai Tucson and I received an excellent price quote according to UnionPlus/TrueCar.com I called and spoke with ASHLEY (sales) & she confirmed that the car was in stock and would check on the price & get back to me... crickets, no return call. I called back to speak with ASHLEY hours later & she couldn't speak to me so passed me off to AJ (sales). He also confirmed car was in stock and would work on it and get back to me. He also requested that I send him the TrueCar quote which I did. I requested a copy of the window sticker which I never received. I waited a bit & called AJ back and he told me he was working with a customer and couldn't speak to me at the moment but he was waiting for his manager JAY to get back to him. I asked to speak directly with his manager and was put on hold & then disconnected. I called back AGAIN & was told JAY would get back to me. To AJ's credit he did call me back to see if his manager had reached out to me, he had not & said he would check to see what was going on. This dealership is like all the rest, looking to do the bait & switch.

Great Dealership

I had a great experience buying a car here! Angel and Luigi kept the process stress-free. I was comfortable the whole time looking at cars and discussing payments, never felt pressured in any way. There are Hyundai dealerships closer to where I live, but I would definitely recommend making the drive to Wayne Hyundai to friends and family.

Three years ago we decided to lease a Sonata from Wayne Hyundai. During the lease period we were extremely pleased with the support received from the sales and service personnel. Recently, as we faced the lease/purchase decision we were introduced to Angel a salesperson who exemplifies honesty, clarity and balance in representing the dealership and the client. I expect we will revisit the dealership down the road.When we do we'll head straight for Angel.
Look over every penny

I went in there to look at a certified pre-owned used car. They had a bunch, the prices they had listed on the car was high, but we ignored that. What should have tipped me off was that the price included a $995 fee for precertification. That is BS it's either certified already or not. But we also ignored that when we talked about price. The salesman game me a price and then went back to the podium where I suppose the sales manager was and printed out a sheet of what it would cost. I had told him the price had to include everything except tax, title and doc fee. (BTW their doc fee is $399 higher than anyone else since I started keeping track) The sheet had all the numbers, but I didn't look too closely for 'add-ons') as I thought they were included in the price he had quoted me. I did look more closely this time and saw there was some sort of spray the seats thing so they wouldn't get damaged. I.e.the scotch gaurd you can buy at walmart for $5.33 only he was charging me $399 and ETCHing for another $3.99. Thus his price was $798 higher than he quoted and he thought he could slip that in. The scotchgaurd he removed but not the etching. I told him, no one said they wanted etching. He wouldn't remove it. Anyway everything was printed out for you to see before you buy the car, BUT LOOK OVER EVERY PENNY. I may end up buying a car from this dealership but you can be assured I will question everything.

I have been leasing Hyundai's from Wayne Hyundai for several years now and have been satisfied with the service, until now..the service went fro great to excellent thanks to Rick Klein. He prepared everything over the phone with my husband and went it came time for me to come in and drop off my lease and pick up the new Santa Fe...it was a breeze. Rick did everything possible to make the shopping experience a pleasant one along with his management. We definitely will be leasing again at Wayne Hyundai. Kudos to Rick and the staff.

Rick Klein helped me with my lease a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very easy to talk to. Most importantly, he was trustworthy and not a pushy salesperson. This was the first car dealership experience that I enjoyed! I will definitely be coming back to Wayne Hyundai and working with Rick again!
