I always receive quick replies to my messages and clear and understandable answers to my questions (which I always have quite few). They have an awesome Service department. You get assigned to a specific Service Consultant. Ours is Harry and he makes you feel a part of the team, couldn’t be nicer!
“Full Service Lexus Care” misleading!

I brought my car in for the 10,000 mile complimentary service. Tina was my service advisor and was very pleasant and efficient. She offered the complementary car wash. I was surprised when I arrived home that the floor mats on the front passenger side an rear mats were not vacuumed. When I opened the doors to vacuum the mats I noticed the door frames were wet and dirty. So, when you accept the car wash, which is nice of them to do. Don’t expect a thorough cleaning of your car. Other than that everything went well!

I went to the Lexus dealership this morning, and spoke with Helen one of their sales associates. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with my car purchase. So glad there is a dealership in the area that makes Consumers feel comfortable!

HONEST Car Dealership

My fiancée and I have been in the market for a new car for the past couple of months. We have dealt with countless dealerships with shady business practices (eg, outrageous deposits, long waiting lists, manufacturer premiums, etc) and pushy salespeople. The staff at Lexus of Atlantic City was the exact opposite of this-- professional, honest, and helpful. Randy was incredibly patient and up front with us from the get-go. We are both extremely busy and were driving from more than 2 hours away. He kept us updated on the status of the car and accomodated a pick-up time without hassle. He even stayed after close to walk us through the vehicle. He quoted hard numbers before we even stepped foot in the dealership, and there were no unpleasant suprises when we got there. I cannot recommend this dealership enough! We will gladly come back in the future to receive the same level of respect and customer service. Thanks again!!
