I brought my car in for the 10,000 mile complimentary service. Tina was my service advisor and was very pleasant and efficient. She offered the complementary car wash. I was surprised when I arrived home that the floor mats on the front passenger side an rear mats were not vacuumed. When I opened the doors to vacuum the mats I noticed the door frames were wet and dirty. So, when you accept the car wash, which is nice of them to do. Don’t expect a thorough cleaning of your car. Other than that everything went well!
