I recently moved to New Jersey from New York and needed a new car. I want from dealer to dealer and got a bunch of BS. I happen to come across this particular dealer which is really close to my house and I'm so glad I took the time and really went. Not only did they have the car I desired. But they also got me my desired payments. I got serviced very respectfully and quickly. The car is in basically perfect condition. They were 100% with me about any and everything. I'm would recommend this dealer to any and everybody Thank You Ideal Cars and thank you to the guy would help me William

The sales department is amazing i recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. The staff were very pleasant to deal with. I finance my vehicle with there lending bank and i couldn't be happier with my rates.

Ripoff. William is [non-permissible content removed]. Sold me a lemon. Car needs a transmission in less than two month. Was told when I purchase the car it had a 3 month warranty only to get the run around in the end. Then William finally stop passing the buck and simple told me I got jerked. Beware. This car was a 2012 with 59k on it and the tranny went. These guys are [non-permissible content removed]!!!!!

Amazing customer service. Hernan made my husband and I feel comfortable and was a very honest businessman who made sure we got what we wanted with a GREAT deal. We will def do business here again and send others their way.

SELLERS BEWARE (and probably buyers for that matter)!! The General Management Group (in particular Jason) are less than reputable. They will offer you a high figure to get you in to see your car, and even negotiate in good faith close to that figure with the Sales person (William). It's only once you bring the car in to actually finalize the deal that the General Manager does a complete 180 degree switch and comes up with a laundry list of excuses as to why the vehicle is not actually worth what they offered originally. This is after they drove the car, as well as had a technician put it up on a lift and check it out. If they act this way in the Buying process, I'd be very very cautious as to how they also handle the Selling process! I'd be glad to share exact details if you want to reach out to me personally [contact information removed], as I am infuriated by their process, as I lost out on potential other Buyers while they did their whole Bait-n-Switch". Be careful... it won't take much to get the General Manager Jason to HANG UP ON YOU, even while you are having a professional respectful conversation.
