Very pleased with the recent purchase of a used 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Hampton Ford Hyundai in North Hampton, NH. It took three tries to isolate and discover a bad rear wheel bearing. Service manager Cameron got on the case and problem solved. The transport fellow was pleasant and committed to good service.

If you’re not buying your new Ford or Hyundai at Hampton Ford-Hyundai - you’re making a mistake. Absolutely the most professional and only no stress car buying experience I’ve had in 63 years. From my initial contact with Dan (internet manger) to taking delivery from Scott (sales rep) - and everyone in between - Joe (sales manager) and Kevin (finance manager). Please go see Scott for your next purchase. He greeted me upon my appointment arrival and had the new Ford F-150 ready for my test drive. After our ride we discussed pricing, my trade-in and the availability of Ford incentives and financing. More important is Scott listened. What’s incredible is Scott heard me when I said “I don’t wanna negotiate and do the whole back and forth you gotta buy now to get this deal or it’s gone scenario. I just want your best deal.” Within 15 minutes of our discussion Scott had a final price from Joe with finance options based on my down payment. That best final price and deal structure exceeded my expectations and this made it an easy decision to purchase my new truck - which I took delivery of the next day. I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience and my Ford F-150. This is the way all vehicle purchases should be transacted.

2023 Hyundai Tuscon forward collision alert system and cruise control inoperative. Service department does not follow up on promises to make necessary repairs on this brand new car. I will not use their service in the future for either of my cars. I have advised Sales that I may return this car and ask for a different one if repairs are not made by mid-August.

Excellent customer service from Greg and Jimmy in the wholesale department. Buying our 2012 Toyota Highlander was a breeze. Car delivered clean and with 3/4 tank of gas. No pressure and honest price. Jimmy and Greg did everything to help us make an informed decision and stayed after closing time to finish our paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely shop here again.

does an oil change really take well over an hour? If so, it would be a better practice to say that at the time of the appointment, or at the very least on check in. Setting realistic expectations is 90% of any kind of transaction. Secondly, the only options for booking a required maintenance online, included service that is not required maintenance -- which would have added over a $100 to the transaction. The dealership (sales) and the vehicle are both completely wonderful, and I'll go back. But the service department needs help and training.
