I had a good experience, the only thing I would say is that I would have liked them to be more salesy - the workers don't get paid on commission so they aren't pushy, but they didn't tell me much about the car. I'm no car expert, I would have loved to get more information. They definitely WERE pushy about getting the warranty and continued to bring it up multiple times after I said no. But I understand that is how these things go and expected as much. Altogether the service was efficient and I got the car that I wanted at a great price - the outside wasn't clean when I got there because it was rather new to the lot, and they had it all clean and fresh before I drove it off the lot. The guy even took a photo of me with the car before I left and texted it to me, which I thought was really cool!

That same day, I set an appointment and met with my salesman Erick Quesada.
