Excellent service on purchasing my new 2500hd

Cole, Zach and Bill all did an awesome job of making my new truck buying experience incredible. We were able to do most of the negotiating through phone, text and email to accommodate my busy schedule, and Cole was very helpful on the day I came up to test drive the couple trucks I had narrowed it down to. I'm loving my new truck, and the only negative I have is that the black tube running boards that are suppose to be on my truck are supposedly on backorder so waiting on a date to come back so they can install those.

Had a defective battery replaced. Mark got me in despite a full days work, done in 3 hours. Gave them a plate of deer sausage, cheese and crackers to show my gratitude. Good group to have on my team. Pepper Morris

It is always the best. Todays visit was a little different in that I had trouble reaching the service department. The operator was doing all she could and explained to me that they were extremely busy and sort handed. I know that can happen and was given all the attention anyone could ask for. Thank you to Josh and the entire service team for all they do.

The expectation of one hour was set prior to my wife's arrival. The service appointment ended up taking over 2. The service is always excellent, just not timely. We drive from Omaha and this time we were on a strict timeline.

Best Car-Buying Experience Ever

I was a bit apprehensive to begin the search for a new car given my history of car-purchasing experiences. We recently worked with Chris Brown to lease our new vehicle. This recent experience, has been so positive (by far) over the other experiences. I hope we never have to go any place else to purchase our cars. If the service exceeds our expectations, just as the buying process has, we may be customers for life! We've already told our family, friends, co-workers and even my VP (I caught him looking at cars online) about our positive experience with Chris Brown. We will continue to recommend Sid Dillon in Fremont! Chris answered all of our questions in a timely manner, he was respectful, not-pushy and helped us find a vehicle conducive to our situation in our price range. Thank you Chris for all your help! I thought I made an appointment online, but I didn't. They told me they could get me in for my scheduled maintenance and preformed the needed services. They washed my truck and it looked as nice as the day I bought it. They were "AWESOME"!!!
