Top Notch American Car Dealer, The Customer Is Still Right At Gene Steffy!

My wife and I felt no pressure while shopping at Gene Steffy Dodge, Chrysler, Ram, Jeep. Our primary salesman Bob P. was outstanding before during and even after the sale, ensuring we were taken care of every step of the way. The whole team concept is used at this dealership and if one person isn't able to help in a situation someone who can jumps into action to ensure customer satisfaction. I have already recommended Gene Steffy to two family members in the market for new cars because I know they will be treated as people and not as a sale. Thanks Team Steffy and a special thanks to Mr. Gene Steffy himself, I have never had the President of a dealership come personally introduce himself to my family and I. Classy group, I will continue to recommend Gene Steffy to all who mention car buying!

We bought two vehicles previously, decided to go back again. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the establishment and the fact that Mr. Steffy himself makes it a point to shake your hand and say Thank You, was a selling point to us. We would "people" watch while waiting and found everyone would get friendly service.

This group was more than helpful. I did my research and it wasn't necessary because they gave me the best deal I think they could have offered. They didn't oversell me and there was no pressure. If you want a car great vehicle and great service then I recommend this dealership and Bob Porter.

Did not stand behind what they sold

Sold me a used car that didn't work very well. Seemed ok on the test drive. Got it home and started having multiple issues. Took it to a local repair shop and it cost more to fix it than I paid for it. Dealership was not very helpful and wouldn't stand behind what they sold. These guys are not very forthcoming with you and dont do the right thing. I thought they were nice when I was there, and was looking at maybe coming back when my next vehicle needed replaced. After the way I was treated, I will never consider them again. YMMV, however I will never return here for anything and have advised my friends and family to not patronize them.
