I would like to say that buying my SUV recently has never been so easy and hassle free. I purchased a 2006 Toyota 4runner last week and through it all I don't regret a moment if it. My salesman was wonderful! No pressure to me but was looking out for what I wanted and never gave up. It took a couple weeks but he found the "one". Thanks, Wes, for not giving up on me! I really appreciate it. Everyone was very nice as well.

Awesome Escape

I recently traded my beloved Mustang for a new Escape so that I would have room for my three grandbabies. Devin Ketelsen was an absolute joy to work with. He is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and has the uncanny ability to find just the right one. I didn't have to search the lot as Devin listened to what I did and did not want in a new SUV, went out to the lot and brought back my perfect match. My shopping and buying experience was awesome and I highly recommend Cordon Ford and Devin Ketelsen if you want to be in good hands.

I usually hate the hassle of trying to negotiate the purchase of a vehicle but Corwin Ford of Springfield made the process easy and pleasant. Our salesperson, Chad Skelton, did and excellent job of working with us and making sure we were completely satisfied. I am in the business and was very surprised by the service Alejandro gave us! My wife and I are pretty specific and usually standoffish! We don’t want to be harassed, pushed of tricked! That is not what we got at Corwin or from Alejandro! He listened, we talked about our wants, we drove a lot of cars. He found us the right vehicle, and remembered us 2 months later when we came for an oil change. Thank You!

Ford Fusion Purchase

I was just a man on a mission. That mission was to purchase myself a car to get back and forth to work and school. I wasn't looking for anything fancy but I did want something that would last a long time with good warranty and gas efficiency. Here at Corwin Ford, I found the answer. I met David Rapelje and he guided me through the whole process, with me being only 18 and approaching the purchase with a different method that he was surprisingly fluent with. He worked tirelessly with myself and other parties to get everything done with as much ease on the buyer as possible. He even took the time out to show me three different cars to choose from, versing himself on each and giving me the most accurate and full details, pros and cons. Even after my purchase, he made it his duty to handle my business and continue the service long beyond selling the car. I can say that this was an excellent experience and I look forward to it continuing to be one. Thank you David and everybody else at Corwin Ford of Springfield.

Never thought I would say this about a car dealership but I had a fantastic experience at both The Corwin Dodge used car dealership and the Corwin Ford dealership. Product specialists Wesley Reese, Albert Sandford and Parts manager Alex Falcone all worked very hard to put the perfect vehicle together for us, even working with me on their days off (which I apologize for). These gentlemen were very professional, very knowledgeable and I so appreciate their honesty and expertise. We purchased a Ford F-350 mainly to be used pulling our new 32’ travel trailer around the country, My wife and I have both retired and it’s time to enjoy life.
