We really wanted to buy a new truck but just couldn’t reach a deal. I will say that everyone was extremely friendly and kind at this dealership. Seemed to be a good selection of automobiles and staff seemed very knowledgeable.

Purchased a used 2017 F-150 from Corwin Ford in Springfield, MO. As usual you always want the price to be really low, but we came to an acceptable agreement and purchased the truck. The service was truly friendly and not high pressure. We dwelt with Caleb King and Carole McComas as well as Lance (sorry I don't remember his last name) the internet sales manager. As I mentioned this was a good/fair deal with no pressure We plan on letting our friends and family know about this dealership. Thanks Corwin.

Very poor customer service!!

We went to Corwin Ford because we had previously bought a car when it was Friendly Ford. We will not be returning. I don't even think that I trust the place to perform the oil changes that we have purchased as part of our "package". I think I would rather just pay out of pocket for service that I can trust. At first, it all seemed fine. Bought our 2017 Ford Edge. We do love the car but the customer service from Corwin after the fact has been terrible. Problem # 1....We were only given 1 key after the purchase which was NOT disclosed before signing the papers on our vehicle. Once we got home, my husband set up the My Key which totally locked our car to specific speeds, radio levels and more. When I called, I was told that we don't have the Admin key & to fix this, we would have to purchase a new key for approximately $300 & they would program it. I was not happy with this as this information was not disclosed before hand. Finally was told that they have a key guy on Wednesdays that could reprogram it. Maybe I should have been given that as an option in the 1st place...just a thought. I got up there and they did fix it by reprogramming my key & giving me a 2nd key. Problem fixed after a major headache! Oh & I had also told our salesman that we would be in that morning & he just "happened" to be out of the office that morning so another person had to handle this. That's pretty crappy! Problem # 2...We were given IDOD paperwork to have our car licensed. Well the paperwork expired 8 days later which we didn't realize. When I went to license my car, the paperwork had expired & I had to pay out of pocket to get another one. Small issue but still pretty crappy. Problem # 3...We were told when we purchased the car that we would receive a sizeable refund for a protection plan. We should plan on 4-6 weeks later having a check. Fast forward to 6 weeks being up...I contact the finance department & was told due to the fact that there was a change from Friendly to Corwin, he had just faxed over our mileage & we should receive a check in 7-10 days. I asked if I had not called would Ford Protect just keep our money & I was told probably. WHAT???? I think this is a Corwin Ford mess up & you are just trying to pin Ford Protect for it. Passing the buck...I was told there was a stack of at least 25 papers behind his desk waiting to process. Well get on it! People are waiting!!! Fast forward 10 days, I called again & he gave us a case # & said a couple more days. Here we are almost 10 weeks out & still no check. I called Ford Protect & our check won't be here until the beginning of June. RIDICULOUS!! I am tired of the excuse of "going from Friendly to Corwin". Own up to it. You screwed up & your customer service sucks. 4 days ago, I called Corwin to speak to the customer service manager & left a message. I have still not received a call back. Customer Service is one of the most important aspects of a business & Corwin lacks in this area majorly. I think one star is too good but I had to put something. I would honestly put Corwin on the same level as Reliable which is terrible! If you want good customer service...steer clear of this place!

I can't believe how easy and pleasant my car buying experience was at Corwin Ford! Bradey Denney was my sales person and he did a fantastic job. I called ahead and wanted to see the Focus Titanium...he had it ready and waiting when I got there. I couldn't be happier with how the whole experience went. Bradey was so helpful & made my experience great! He spent extra time showing me all the fantastic features my car had. Matt, the finance manager, had everything ready and was so nice and personable. Thanks guys!

Disappointed

I scheduled an add on to my brand new vehicle 2 weeks in advance, I was assured that the desired item would be in stock when I scheduled the appointment. Granted I arrived 15 minutes late for my scheduled service, but the tech that would be doing the add on installation hadn’t arrived to work yet. I stopped in a few hours later and was then told that they were out of stock and they installed the last one “yesterday” but the “truck should be in soon” and my car is ready to have the part on. I was told it would be ready around noon since it took a couple hours to install it and they would send someone to pick me up at my home to bring me back to the dealership to get my vehicle. I called at 1:30 in the afternoon to find out the status of my vehicle but was routed to voicemail. 45 minutes later, I’m still waiting for that call. Now it will be tomorrow morning before I can get my vehicle due to my schedule. I’m disappointed and frustrated. This is not a reflection on the sales department, they are great and I’ll continue to recommend Corwin Ford for your new vehicle, just not the parts department.

Two fairly new salespeople Jessica Hester and David Stubbs went out of their way to find us a truck that had the options we wanted and at a price we could afford. If all sales people were into making their customers happy , with no high pressure ,like these two demonstrated , a car buying experience would be much easier. William, Lance and the Business Manager get a thumbs up. Straight forward with no heavy handed tactics. One thing that does need improvement is that the some of the features listed on the webpage were not physically on the truck. William explained that this is related to the computer generation (autopopulating). I took him at his word, because the option would have been to assume false advertising and we would have walked away. The descriptions of vehicle of the web pages, need to match what is on the vehicle.
