Best experience I have had purchasing a car, and I have purchased a few. This dealership is the first dealership I would ever return to in the future! The staff, including John our salesman.were a cohesive unit that were helpful, sincere, direct and humanors.We were very satisfied with our transaction and did not feel wrung out after the conclusion. The manager was attentive and factual. They had the exact car I was looking for and have set the bar for treating customers in a relaxed, intelligent and NO pressure atmosphere. Post covid, if you find a business that has happy employees--THEY are doing it RIGHT...I have never been so happy about spending a large sum. Fantastic job!!

Our Sales Rep, John, was outstanding. John was knowledgeable, patient, kind, understanding and helpful and he displayed pure professionalism throughout our entire experience purchasing our vehicle. The Warranty Sales Rep (Ronnie) who finished our purchase was outstanding in all areas of customer service as well.

All the guys were a great team. David started the process, George helped me set up FordPass, Chris double checked paper work and Ronnie was great at finances...and finally Jacob got me set up for a license plate holder, cruise control and the spray protection.

Very responsive to a request for "availability" of an advertised car on their web site. Follow up text and calls resulted in a purchase within 24 hours of inquiry. In the dealership the staff was very responsive and sale took no time at all.
