Ryan Troll went above and beyond to accommodate everything I was looking for in a vehicle. He was very kind and professional. The process was very smooth and easy! There was no pressure! My husband and I would highly recommend the Dean Team to everyone - it was a great experience!

poor sales from owner Jimmy Dean, lies and broken promises

We traded in our 2 vehicles in september of 2016, Jimmy Dean told us not to get the warranty or extended warranty because he wanted us to only use this car for 6 months. well 6 months came and he refused to answer text messages, phone calls, emails and voicemails. this is the worst possible customer service ever. How can you do this to people knowing the deal you made with them. we have been trying to contact Jimmy Dean for almost 18 months , IF we call up there to speak to him we are told he is not there. Now our vehicle needs repairs that a warranty and extended warranty would have covered. I will never buy from this company or recommend them in any way, and i will be sure to report this to consumer affairs and BBB.

Poor Management

Despite the best efforts of the ales person, the management has made thee buying of a beautiful car miseable. Told one price, then switched the price, only to go back to teh orginal when threatened to walk. Then I am told that I am being unreasonable and "some people can't be pleased".

Good emails but didn't buy.

We used the Edmund's quote request. They replied in a reasonable time with prices. They also responded to a couple of follow up emails. We didn't end up buying because they were higher priced than another area dealer. In my view, dealers get one shot to give us their best price.
