poor sales from owner Jimmy Dean, lies and broken promises

onWe traded in our 2 vehicles in september of 2016, Jimmy Dean told us not to get the warranty or extended warranty because he wanted us to only use this car for 6 months. well 6 months came and he refused to answer text messages, phone calls, emails and voicemails.
this is the worst possible customer service ever. How can you do this to people knowing the deal you made with them. we have been trying to contact Jimmy Dean for almost 18 months , IF we call up there to speak to him we are told he is not there. Now our vehicle needs repairs that a warranty and extended warranty would have covered.
I will never buy from this company or recommend them in any way, and i will be sure to report this to consumer affairs and BBB.
