Knowledgeable, not pushy yet friendly and very patient. And the price for my trade-in was fair as was the price for the Denali. I could definitely tell that the folks that work at Phil Moore Buick GMC have been trained by Phil because they all seem to have his friendly, outgoing personality. I’ll be back for more cars/trucks in the future. Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve every had. Simple and low key.

I have been using Phil Moore for 10 yrs. I bought my Terrian from them and have always had it serviced there. My husband was sick and they helped me get into to get oil changed. They always go above and beyond to get our car needs taken care of!

My wife brought the vehicle in at the appointed time and the attendants were prompt and very attentive. She was in and out in a little over 30 minutes with the scheduled 7500 mile service. Handled professionally is an understatement, more like family!!
