I went to Autonation to look at a 2019 Ford Ranger and was impressed with the staff at Autonation in White Bear Lake. Phil was very cordial and helpful in answering my questions and explaining the features on the truck. Overall, I had a great experience. This is not the first time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Autonation. I’ve always been treated well with no pushy approaches.

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Also, I arrived with the sun roof stuck open. Dean took the truck back to the interior specialist on duty, Nick. They were able to close the sun roof for me and get me on my way. Thanks to Dean and Nick!

2015 Fusion engine replacement

The service department did a wonderful job keeping me informed of approximately when the engine replacement would happen. Once the job was started they continued to inform me of any new information and issues that the mechanics encountered and repaired. The overall experience was professional and I would recommend Auto Nation to others.

Pleasant Surprise

At age 56 I’ve never bought a Ford vehicle in my life. My grandfather sold General Motors products for many years which is what my family exclusively drove. However, since the revitalization of the Bronco, the Blazer and other true SUV’s, the Bronco is the one that stood out. We drove almost 3 hours to purchase this vehicle, site unseen and knowing it was a used vehicle, from AutoNation White Bear Lake. Considering the way we were treated by the dealership, we would’ve driven twice that or more because the way we were greeted and treated by the AutoNation staff was exceptional. Matt, the sales person worked with me remotely and fought for us to be able to keep the vehicle when he was informed, and subsequently informed us midway through our 3 hour drive, that another party was interested in the Bronco, but Matt knew we were on the way with a certified check to pay for it. So he made sure that the other salesman didn’t sell it out from under us or him. Mike, the finance manager was hospitable and considerate. Once it was established that we had mutual friends, we visited in his office for over an hour. At no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or as if we were an inconvenience. Again, at 56 years old, I have bought a few vehicles in my life and had been a repeat customer of a dealership closer to home. In the future, AutoNation will be a consideration for us when we’re ready to purchase another vehicle.

The length of communication received from these managers to resolve my vehicle services was outstanding and greatly appreciated.
