bad deal!

onHere we go! I purchased a used vehicle from Morrie's Cadillac late last summer. After Two weeks I found that it needed repairs that were obviously there when I purchased the vehicle. I was seriously considering bringing the vehicle back for a different vehicle. I had purchased a third party service warranty when I purchased the vehicle. Because of this both the sales staff and financing advised me to wait awhile, then have the repairs done through the service warranty. At the time I thought perhaps it was a good idea. I parked the vehicle for the winter as it needed tires badly, and I thought it would need an alignment. In the spring I took my vehicle to a brand name dealership the same as it's make for an alignment. They found it needed $10,000 worth of repairs! I went back to Morries Cadillac and advised them of my situation. They volunteered to pay for my suspension parts on the front ( approximately $500 ) and them also advised me I should wait and have the other repairs done through the service contract after time had passed. I contemplated this, and decided I wanted no part of this deception with the warranty people. First of all, I cannot believe that Morrie's didn't know about my vehicles needed repairs. When they sold it to me. Secondly it is unthinkable that Morrie's would wish me to deceive the folks that sold me the service contract, by letting them think my defects happened after I purchased the vehicle. So far to date, four different persons at Morrie's advised me to be deceptive, and seek preexisting repair payments through my service contract, which I refuse to do. Now here I sit with a vehicle needing repairs close to what I paid for it. I haven't heard anything from Morrie's for close to two weeks now. I'm sure they hope I will silently go away. Absolutely unbelievable! What kind of business are you running Morries?

onI recently purchased a vehicle and the service I received from Mike was exceptional. Louise had all the paperwork ready and answered all the questions we had, she was great. onMorrie's Cadillac in Golden Valley is a great place! As soon as we walked in we were helped out right away. The dealer showed us different vehicles and was not pushy at all. They have a great dealership and nice set up and plenty of sales and financing people. They go up and beyond to help you get the right vehicle and financing if needed. I will be buying more vehicles in the future from them for sure!

Disappointed MDX owner

onI recently bought a new to me used car from Morries Cadillac. It was a fully loaded Acura MDX. I paid 15,500 for the vehicle. When going on a test drive I asked if the AC worked since it was too cold to test it, the sales person said yes. Everything works in the car. Its fully loaded! Like I was silly for asking. Well, a week after buying the car, it hit 83 degrees, and low and behold the AC doesnt work. I understand when you buy an as-is car there is no warranty. However when a dealership advertises the car with AC they should make sure to test it and make sure it works. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at a Morries dealership. The last time they refused to even look at the AC system for me. I will be calling them to see if there is anything they are willing to do. If not, I will not be buying from a Morries again.

Morrie's exceeded our expectations

onJabbar Nassirzadeh was awesome. Very engaging, knowledgeable and gave us more time than we expected. Dan Brode, fine young man. Answered all our questions to every detail. Louise Garner had all the papers put together and made a complex subject clear to me. 5 star performance to all 3 of them. Other staff very friendly as well.

onI recently picked up my new SRX. Brian, the sales rep, spent over an hour making sure I understood the new features, getting set up with OnStar and overall making sure I would enjoy the car. Worst consumer experience I've ever had

onI will preface this by saying that I really enjoyed my sales person... but this was the worst buying experience of ANY product that I've ever experienced. After extensive research and an e-check in hand from a lender that specializes in poor credit loans (I'd had a bankruptcy 3 years prior, and hadn't really made any effort to re-establish credit, until I decided to purchase a car), I confidently traveled to Morrie's to purchase a vehicle. After 2 hours of excellent service from our sales person, and a deal signed, their finance person, Bill walked in and proceeded his high pressure sales tactics. He was successful in both insulting and humiliating me, and continued to do so for another two hours, and would not allow me to leave with the vehicle that I had secured payment for --he repeatedly told me that I had been scammed and my lender was not going to cover the check they provided... fast forward 16 hours, Morrie's has an additional $17,000+ in their bank account and I am 75 miles away with no vehicle. I read many, many reviews on Morrie's before deciding to travel there to purchase a vehicle. I was so certain that I had made the right decision, until this one person ruined my perspective in an instant... and then continued his insults for hours. Maybe Morrie's can redeem themselves (although I doubt that with employees like Bill), but this consumer has been permanently scarred.
