Morrie's Golden Valley Cadillac

I recently bought a new to me used car from Morries Cadillac. It was a fully loaded Acura MDX. I paid 15,500 for the vehicle. When going on a test drive I asked if the AC worked since it was too cold to test it, the sales person said yes. Everything works in the car. Its fully loaded! Like I was silly for asking. Well, a week after buying the car, it hit 83 degrees, and low and behold the AC doesnt work. I understand when you buy an as-is car there is no warranty. However when a dealership advertises the car with AC they should make sure to test it and make sure it works. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at a Morries dealership. The last time they refused to even look at the AC system for me. I will be calling them to see if there is anything they are willing to do. If not, I will not be buying from a Morries again.
