THANK YOU BRUCE! I came into the dealership on 2/10/24 with a general idea of what I wanted, and thanks to Bruce, I got to drive home the perfect car on 2/12/24. I’ve had it for about two weeks now and I love it more and more. I’m not buying a car everyday, obviously, so I’m very lucky to have had Bruce there to help with the tricks of the trade. Everything in the contract/financing was clearly spelled out, and he made sure I knew about all of the big and little features of the car before I drove off. This is now the second car I’ve bought from this dealership, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Tammy the manager of body shop was very nasty towards me. Was paid to replace both side steps on my truck but only replaced one and threw the other one in the bed of my truck. I bought two trucks there in the last year and sent several friends there but never again. Samantha at the counter body shop was super rude and really let me know my business was not welcome there.

I received a recall on my Chevrolet trax... one by letter and two emails all stating to make my appointment after the first of July. My appointment was July 5th. At the same time I scheduled an oil change, too. Well, I got my oil changed and was told they would call me when the part came in for the recall. Why did they send me one letter and two emails and request an appointment after the first of July AND still not have the part available?? AND I still have not heard anything from my July 5th visit.? I cannot complete the survey at this time as it would not be satisfactory!

They were very courteous and willing to advise and help me get my car fixed. It did cost an 'arm and a leg,' but I know that it was fixed with GM parts, which was important to me. I wasn't treated as a 'dumb woman'. That is important. I also appreciated the free loaner car, since we are a one-car household. The only suggestion I can think of is maybe offering a free oil change. LOL All was great!

Needed some insurance body work done on my 2013 Sonic. Dropped the car off on the appointment repair day, was given an estimated completion date, and a loaner vehicle to use while mine was being repaired. My car was completed as promised and no one would ever know that the rear spoiler was damaged and had to be replaced and painted. The shop even ordered the replacement after market stripe package I had put on after I bought the car. Great job Body Shop personnel! I'm one happy customer.
