onI received a recall on my Chevrolet trax... one by letter and two emails all stating to make my appointment after the first of July. My appointment was July 5th. At the same time I scheduled an oil change, too. Well, I got my oil changed and was told they would call me when the part came in for the recall. Why did they send me one letter and two emails and request an appointment after the first of July AND still not have the part available?? AND I still have not heard anything from my July 5th visit.? I cannot complete the survey at this time as it would not be satisfactory!
