I've had several high-performance vehicles, but never a Mustang. My GT convertible is awesome! Had more fund driving it home from the dealer than any vehicle in the past 20 years. Read all the reviews and no one ever said anything other than it is a fun car to drive. Mega-Dittos to that.

The sales people were very pleasant and helpful. I would deal with them again and give them 5 stars. However, the next day when I reviewed my lease, I noticed a $395.00 turn in fee at the expiration of the lease if I did not purchase the leased vehicle. I had three prior leases with Ford that did not include a turn in fee. Not happy about this charge.

From my sales rep to the finance team and office staff, everyone that I encountered at Avis was courteous and extremely helpful, taking the time to explain step by step my car purchase and trade as the transactions unfolded, Each team member worked to meet my specific needs in a prompt and professional manner. I never felt rush or pushed to make a purchase and all of my questions and concerns were adequately addressed. The process was seamless and the experience was positive thanks to both my sales person and the conscientious Avis team.

My wife and I were looking to trade in her 2012 Ford Edge for a high mileage lease. Our salesman Gary Addley was knowledgable and efficient, and got us a good deal on a 2016 Escape. My wife loves her new car, and the payment is even less than we expected. I would recommend the dealership and especially Gary to anyone looking for a new car, and we will be back ourselves when we need another vehicle.

He took the time to explain our leasing contract and was willing to explain in great detail any questions or concerns we had about our lease. He had extreme experience and high knowledge that he outwardly expressed in a very positive manner. He made our decision very easy and even delivered our vehicle due to family health. Able to do all the background part of the deal by phone. Fast and efficient. Described what I wanted and was sent information within an hour. Credit approved very quickly. Picked up the car th next morning. Gave me a decent offer on my trade in and sent me a check since the monthly payment wouldn't have gone down much.

Although I am a returning customer at Avis Ford, my attempt at getting the best deal for a 2015 Ford Escape All-Wheel-Drive was met with deception. Instead of getting an All-Wheel-Drive Escape I was given a lower cost Front-Wheel-Drive without my knowledge. Evidently it was easier to do a Bait-n-switch than to balk at selling me my preference, an All-Wheel-Drive version, at the price I wanted. I did not notice until I got the vehicle home.

I just moved to the US from abroad and I went to Avis Ford because they were closest to me. I went in wanting to make a decision between the different models of the 2014 Fiesta. My salesperson was Jerry F. I told him about my situation as someone new to the country, with a foreign passport and no credit history. He asked me to submit my documents to check if I would be eligible for financing. After a few days he got back to me to say that I was approved for either a 24 month lease or a purchase. But Jerry seemed to know nothing about the models I was interested and fed me with misinformation. He showed me a 2013 model telling me it was a 2014 Fiesta S and that what were actually the 2014 S & SE models (which were what I was interested in), according to him, was the 2014 Fiesta ST Titanium (which was beyond my budget). While he was completely ignorant about the models, he was extremely nice and went out of his way to help me by offering to pick me up and drop me from my house (since I didn't have a car), so I decided to do my own research about the cars and stick with him for my purchase. My biggest shock, however, was still to come. After I had decided on what model I wanted I finalized my insurance and came in to make my down payment and take home the car. After being promised by Jerry that he will pick me up from my house at 9 am on his way to the showroom and after leaving a voicemail at 8 am to confirm that I was ready for him to pick me up, I didn't hear from him till I called him at 10 am wondering what had happened. He simply said that he had a meeting and would pick me up shortly. I waited till 11 am and called again only to be told by him again that he'll pick me up shortly. I waited till 12:30 and then just decided to walk down to the dealership. When I got there 45 minutes later, I was made to wait for over an hour. After that I was told all the paperwork was ready and I just needed to sign and pay. As I was walking to Jerry's desk from the waiting room he suddenly told me that I was not eligible for financing because I had a foreign driving license (even though I am allowed to drive in Michigan with my driving license). This was after I had told him about my situation as soon as I met him two weeks earlier and had been told by him that I had been approved for financing. I am now planning to get a Fiat 500 and apply for financing from a credit union (which will not require me to have a US driving license) or go to a different dealership after getting a Michigan license. But I ended up wasting two weeks because of this debacle and now need to make a rushed purchase because I need a car for work.
