I worked with Gloria at Jeffrey Honda when trying to by a new Honda CR-V Hybrid. Gloria was very attentive, explained all the accessories, patient, and always followed up with me to see what I was thinking. I came to the showroom to see her three times and she was never one of those pushy car sales reps to get me to close that day. Of course on the dealer side, management may not like that. But on the consumer side, I felt I was able to come to her with any questions and not be anxious on making immediate decisions. Unfortunately, when I thought I was ready to close on a deal, family issues caused me not to get a car at that time. However, I will remember the customer service that was provided by Gloria, and will recommend Jeffrey Honda to family/friends/colleagues, so that they too can enjoy the experience of car shopping. Great Job Gloria and Jeffrey Honda!

I have been buying or leasing my Hondas for many many years and it's always a great experience. My original salesperson Randy P. was fantastic but he retired and I have been dealing with Gloria for my last 2 cars and she is awesome.Highly recommend talking to her if you need a new Honda!

I knew what I wanted and the sales team at Jeffrey Kia made my purchase easy and quick. Sheldon was great to work with. I let them know what I wanted, they had it in stock, so I went to drive it on my lunch break. They gave me a good price, valued my trade, and got my financing approved in about an hour. I appreciate them respecting my time constraints and keeping things reasonable without being pushy on up-sells. I ended up purchasing the extended coverages to protect myself, but they made it easy as it was quite affordable after the discounts they offered. I won't be in the market for another new vehicle for a while, but I'll be recommending Jeffery Auto to everyone I know.

The whole Jeffery property is wonderful. This is my fourth car that I bought through Jeffery. The experience is always outstanding. Caitlyn our saleswoman for this buy was very helpful in making the buying tribulation go as smoothly as possible.

Salesman was Carmine, HIGHLY recommended. I also worked with one of his associates because he was not there the day I bought the car. He was great too. They worked with me on price. They were patient and helpful. They were nice no pressure from sales or finance. They did discuss their ancillary products with me as they should have, but i did not buy. I figure I can buy a warranty anytime after from any dealer by shopping around on the internet for the lowest price.

Very high pressure purchase. They were more interested in upselling than telling me anything about my new car. Delivered the car in extremely unsatisfactory condition. Would not recommend to anyone.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that I had a very positive experience working with Crystal Douglas. I was having difficulty finding a Honda Fit and was having more difficulty with several salespeople that I attempted to work with previously at different dealerships. They seemed uninterested in my business. They were not returning phone calls and did not seem to have time to answer questions. I had almost finalized a purchase at one dealership (agreed on price of car) only to be told at the last minute that the particular car I was attempting to purchase had special wheels and would cost an additional $1500; I was sent away with a message from the sales manager that they would "look" for factory wheels. I had such a poor experience with Honda that I was ready to purchase a different make of car and was beginning to research Toyotas. At that time, Crystal responded to an e-mail I had sent. I began working with her and she was courteous, efficient, honest and matter of fact...no games, no nonsense. While working with Crystal (before she was able to confirm that a trade could be made for the Honda Fit that she located), I received a call from the first dealership asking if I still wanted to purchase the car since they had "located" factory wheels. I gladly told them "No" because I preferred to work with Crystal. I also paid an additional $400 for the same model car that they offered me and had no concerns about that because I felt that I was being treated fairly by her. I just wanted to pass this on to you since Crystal provided such a different experience than my previous ones. This is my first attempt to purchase a Honda product and it was a very negative experience prior to encountering Crystal. She was caring and interested in my business.

Outstanding personal service in the servicing dept. Manager, Gil, is the role model for professional, friendly service advisor. Greeted by name; all services clearly explained; fair prices; no push or add-ons for "extra" services; prompt, timely service. I was thinking of getting a Toyota but will stick with Hondas because of this dealer's ease of taking care of routine maintainance and other services. No first-hand experience purchasing a Honda at this dealership. S. Davidson
