I took my 2021 Gladiator to another dealership last fall with drivability issues. Unfortunately the problems reoccurred again this summer. Not only did the team at Jim Riehl fix the issue, they repaired issues caused by the other dealership, contacted Stellantis on my behalf to ensure everyhing was covered under warranty, and provided a rental vehicle the entire time they had my vehicle. They demonstrated first class customer service and retained a Jeep customer.
