We came into the dealership on Good Friday at 5:35pm to see and drive a Tesla we had seen on line only an hour earlier. My wife had been doing research for several weeks for a specific model and features, the vehicle at Herb Chambers Infinity checked all the boxes including price. We high tailed it to Westborough, as mentioned we arrived with 25 min to spare. The salesman, Lauds Viljean was great, he was personable and patient, considering the day and time. He did not rush us or hurry us in any way. In fact several of the team stayed behind while we were there, making small talk and honestly making this one of the best car purchases I have ever had. I would be remiss if I did not mention Marc Starr the Finance Director, who was also a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank the people that worked with us enough, to provide my wife and I with impeccable customer service. Thank you and Good Job to everyone at Herb Chambers Infinity .

Sami is the best!!

I came to her chambers of Westborough because I saw an Infiniti QX 80 online that I wanted to test drive. They put me in touch with Sami who made the entire process so effortless and smooth. He showed me a different model so I could compare. Was not pushy at all, and made me feel comfortable with my decision. He even came in on his day off so I could pick up my new car! I would highly recommend Sami and Herb Chambers of Westborough.

ROCCO FOR THE WIN!!!

So I was in the market for my first new (used) car, and was referred to Rocco by a family member. I’m from Martha’s Vineyard, so looking for a new car is difficult to say the least. Rocco had the exact truck I was looking for at a different Herb Chambers lot, I told him I was interested, and he had it shipped over immediately!!! I loved the look of it, it has a smooth ride to it, drives amazingly, so I told Rocco to start the paperwork!!! Rocco and I have spoke multiple times, everyday during my buying experience at Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough. Whatever question I had, big or small, Rocco was there with an answer. Every request I had, he was more than happy to help. He even personally drove it down to Woods Hole to deliver it to me!!! He truly made my first buying experience an amazing one!!! My next truck will be bought through Rocco and his team at Herb Chambers INFINITI of Westborough, and I will proudly send my family & friends from the island in his direction!!! THANK YOU ROCCO!!!

We went to the dealership for a specific vehicle, after test driving it we decided it was not for us. Sami guided us to a completely different car, one we never would have thought of purchasing. We test drove it, fell in love with the car. Sami was professional, caring for our needs and never pushing us into the purchase. We highly recommend Herb Chambers!

Good Service

I usually always deal with Fran and the service is always good. He answers all of my questions and is extremely polite and professional. It’s always easy whenever I need to do any services with Infiniti and he plays a big role in that. My car didn’t get washed as it usually does this time around and immediately Fran offered to bring it back to have the staff wash it but I declined bc I didn’t want to wait but the offer alone was very appreciated and made me feel valued.

4 New Tires Please

My Infiniti dealership takes really great care of customers! I had a service appointment to install & align new tires and I planned to wait onsite. I always wait onsite because the waiting area has great amenities plus I get to cruise the showroom. As as work began, they noticed one of the tires was damaged in shipment and a replacement couldn't arrive for 4 hours. Immediately apologies were made and I was offered to reschedule or take a loaner car home to return later. I took the loaner (which was all prepped and ready for me to drive away) and right on schedule, I got the call that my car was ready for pickup. Infiniti could not have made my experience any easier and worry-free. This is just another reason why I will continue (it's been 10 years) to have them service my car and will choose them when I need a new Infiniti. Five stars from me!

I have been a loyal customer at Herb Chambers Infinity in Westboro for many years! I was appalled the other day when I picked up my vehicle from the service department (I had them diagnose a problem)! I decided that I wanted to trade my vehicle in rather than having costly repairs done to it. When I went into the dealership to pick up my vehicle, I was charged 200.00 just to have them LOOK at it! Greedy! I will never do business with these people again!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

In general service is very good. You drive indoors to drop off your car, checked in immediately, services performed within the time estimate and the service advisor stays with you as your car is delivered (indoors) in case you have any questions. The difficulty is in scheduling, finding out how long it takes and how expensive recommended services are and scheduling a loaner has to be done six weeks in advance. Overall, I recommend it.
