Another terrific sales experience

Paul Scannell is the best auto sales person I have ever dealt with. My new Edge is the 4th car I have bought from him since 2016. He has a straight forward, clear and concise way of explaining concepts and alternatives that gives you a strong feeling that you are being treated fairly. This is also the second time he went out if his way to find the exact car I was looking for somewhere else because it was some what unique and not readily available. He makes the buying process easy and uncomplicated.

Great service

I am driving to upstate New York in a few days. I got an alert on my dashboard that tire pressure was low. The dealership got me a quick appointment. They took care of the issue and also advised my back brakes needed replacement. I knew that was due and told them go ahead with the replacement which they did in a timely manner. The staff is always courteous and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I will continue to be a Herb Chambers customer and I continue to recommend this dealership.

Went into the shop for a recall. Scheduled and done fast. I was concerned about my oil and they double checked it and it was good. They could have changed it and charged me for the money. But instead they were honest! Very happy with that!

Shout out to Heather, her team and the techs for getting my 90K 2013 Escape burning gas once again. Fortunately, I had a Ford Extended Service Plan on the vehicle which covered the cost of repair of over $2000 to a $100 co-pay. I was contacted daily with updates of this 3 day repair. Additionally, they also performed "The Works" package for scheduled maintenance. And, they washed and vacuumed my Escape too.
