I just picked up my 2024 Lexus NX from Lexus of Watertown. This is the fourth Lexus my wife and I have bought from Lexus of Watertown over fifteen years. Obviously the dealership is doing something right to retain long time repeat customers. Our sales consultant, Kevin Silva, was fantastic. Kevin took all the time to go over all the details about the NX and answer all our questions. There was no high power pressure. Kevin was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. In picking up the car, Kevin spent considerable time in setting up the technology and explaining how it works. We are more than pleased with out purchase and experience at Lexus of Watertown. First Time.....I'm Sold!

After owning and leasing the Lexus ES for almost 30 years, it was time for another. After researching the colors and trims available at nearby dealerships, Lexus of Watertown had the best selection. I was contacted by a gentleman in BD and made an appointment to look at cars. I was met by Kevin Silva who was both personable and professional to myself and my wife. Kevin asked the right questions in order to know our specific situation and needs. He brought us 2 vehicles and was very knowledgeable of his product as he explained the new features from the ES we currently owned. We were ready to buy and Kevin worked hard to make the deal happen. We picked the car up yesterday and are thrilled with our purchase. Kevin represented us well with his management and ultimately earned our business. This was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Lexus of Watertown.

Just gotta give a huge shoutout to Ussa at Lexus for my first Lexus NX450h+! The dude knows his stuff inside out and made the whole buying process a breeze. Seriously, his attention to detail and customer care blew me away. If you're in the market for a Lexus, you gotta swing by Watertown Lexus and ask for Ussa.
