I went to a Ford dealer and a Mazda dealer before going to Atamian. The others were stereotypical car salesman with all the bad things you would expect. The folks at Atamian are different. They didn't pressure me with their extras and listened to me. They found the car I wanted in the color I wanted and it arrived at least 2 weeks early.

I completely dislike the whole car buying process, but I can say I would return to Atamian. I ended up having interactions with two sales reps and I liked them both. Things they got right- I didn’t feel pressure, they seemed to value my time/requests, they asked if they could call, text or email, and they were attentive and not distracted by their phones, etc. I also needed a quick trade-in appraisal due to my busy schedule and they accommodated. Finally, Atamian found the vehicle I was looking for and got it to the dealership the same day I decided to buy it.

The Atamian Honda in Tewksbury team made buying a new car super easy and overall my experience at this location was remarkable. General manager Pranav Gill, along with associates Chris and Edwin made sure that I did not encounter any issues while trading in my fairly new 2021 vehicle for a brand new 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid. My family is enjoying the new car and we will definitely be doing business at this location again in the near future.
