My experience at Mercedes of Natick was over all great. I had to wait for a Title to arrive for the vehicle I bought but it was so worth wait. You get the attention you deserve when you have questions or issues that concern you. The sales person (Chris),and sales manager (Nick), are very attentive and put you at ease. The financial person (Yatin) was so informative whether it’s warranty information or financial end of it, he explains and cover all options. I never had that experience at any other dealers. I will go back for my next car. Please check them out. You’ll be glad you did. Sincerely. Sue.

Superb Service!

As in the past, and again this time as well, Brian was superb in taking care of my service needs. He was very attentive to my request - including running to the service bay when I had an additional request after the work had started. The family was happy to see a serviced car that had also been washed and cleaned! I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Natick for all your service and care purchase needs!

Were able to replace my damaged tire same day from inventory and dealt with my warranty company making the process seamless. Also cleaned the car inside and out!

Drew G. is amazing! He helped me choose the perfect car and made the process enjoyable and easy. In fact, this is the second car I bought from Drew and when I'm ready for my third I will definitely go back to see him. The selection of cars was vast and the prices are fair. Great Sales team

Excellent service. The sales team were very nice and informative. Sara who was assigned to us answered all of our questions and really helped us find the perfect car for us. She really made us feel we could ask any questions regarding our purchase and went above and beyond finding answers that were not readily available.

I went in without an appointment due to punctured tire. Jason verified they had the correct tire in stock since the old one couldn’t be patched. The problem was taken care of while I waited. Everyone, as usual, was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I purchased a preowned Audi from this dealership and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Chris Leigh was my salesperson and he made what can often be a stressful situation easy. I never felt pressured -- it was more like shopping for a car with a very knowledgeable friend than a salesperson. Chris made sure I was happy with the car at delivery and beyond, even helping me fix a leaky tire a few weeks later. I wasn't sure what my experience would be purchasing something other than a Mercedes from this dealership, but they treated me so well throughout the process. I'm very impressed!

Saena was excellent, professional and helpful!

I was fortunate enough to have Saena as my sales professional when I decided to go to the dealership to look at a car. She had it out front and ready to go when I got there! With a quick copy of my license we were off on a test drive and she had a very easy approach without trying to make a sale. When it came down to negotiate for the vehicle she advocated for me and did everything she could to get me the best deal possible. After selling me the vehicle she personally took it to fill up the gas, helped me empty the vehicle I was trading in, gave me a congratulatory hug before leaving and had me home to the family by dinner time! She even followed up to make sure everything was OK and I was happy.

These folks know how to treat customers. Dakota navigated me through a couple of snags and helped me not worry about the process, and I ended up with a fantastic vehicle I will enjoy driving for years! The manager did try to get me to go for a much more expensive model, but I stuck to my budget and I am very happy with the outcome!

Loved the Sales, Hate the Servie

I had a great experience with Nick my sales agent, but beyond that: So when I bought this car, I bought a "3 year service package." I drive ridiculous amounts due to the nature of my job. At my 3rd service appointment, which I was doing a a dealership closer to me, I was informed that I had too many miles on my car and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the service. 400.00 They told me that the business manager had done my contract incorrectly, and that I would have to call them. So I did. He explained to me at this point, that because I had put 30k (in less than a year) on my car, that I had exceeded the 3 year mileage, and they would not give me my last paid for visit. I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me that the manager would call me. He did not. I called again, and was told that the sales manager would call me back in an hour. He did not. I called a third time, and spoke to the general manager, after waiting 3 hours for the promised 1 hour callback. I explained the situation, and then he agreed, that they were not used to be driving as much as I do, so it was a misstep. All I asked for was my third paid for service, and he said done. Today, I took that car in for the service, got the loaner and was on to my work day, when I was called and told that they would not honor what I was told, and he'd said because of my mileage that I could only have a 20% discount. I called the other dealership, closer to home, and went back to get my car. Took it to Mercedes Benz of Burlington, and they serviced it same day as a courtesy while giving me hot tea. While I was there, I priced out my next car, because I don't want anything in my life that even makes me think of Natick.

We had a scheduled service and the results were serious for an 8 year old car. So we investigated purchasing a new car. Because it was late in a Friday afternoon, and we hadn’t eliminated repairing the car, Brian took all pressure off. He offered to keep the car til Monday for us to make our decision. We bought a new car, later in the afternoon, and Brian was another big part of our terrific Chambers experience. We’ve been customers for 35 years! Brian made an unexpected situation, easy!

I wanted to share my great experience at Herb Chambers Mercedes of Natick. First and foremost was my salesman Brian Trebicka who helped to make the sales experience easy breezy. Sure he wanted a big down payment and a high price but he was also fair and accommodating. Later after negotiations, he facilitated paperwork and out of state car registration BS with ease and professionalism. On his own he ordered new mats for my dream SUV. Brian is the best!

Stupendous Dealership

When i first arrived at the dealer I felt like I was welcomed with open arms and although got the expected smiles and greetings at this dealership it was very open. I was quickly met buy Howard Rosenburg who showed me around to various makes and models. I didn't see anything immediately that i want as the car i wanted (E-450) was not on the lot and we parted after sometime with the intention of returning when a 450 was delivered and about 4-5 weeks later i got a call indicated they had one in for me to look at. I set an appt with Howard and we went on a test drive and immediately knew this was what i was looking for. Howard then walked me thru a no pressure configuration and ordering process while discussing the various trade-offs of different options and color selections. Once we arrived on the final config, I ordered and although Howard explained the possible delays with delivery the car showed up on time the expectations Howard had set. Massive shout-out to Howard and the entire sales process he walked me thru. The arrival day finally was upon us and Howard saw me pull into the dealership and met me and wife outside. for the scheduled pick-up which went very smoothly where i was walked around the dealership and met the service team and the service process and benefit's all unparalleled. It was now time to meet car and got an education of amazing detail and a true craftsman knowledge of the features and capabilities of the vehicle i just purchased. Jonny Pham was the professor that walked me thru this with calm and open attitude founded in deep knowledge. I would recommend anyone going to the dealership stop in a say hi to Jonny and pick up a few more tidbits of knowledge. I know i will. In summary if you are looking a great dealership for your next MB, drive the extra mile and go see Howard and Jonny.
