New battery and oil change experience

Over the weekend, I took my car in to check my battery and get an oil change. As usual Anthony my service writer and Patrick my tech treated me with the upmost respect and listen to all my concerns and the pricing was very fair. I’ve been going to the dealership Since 2012 when I bought the car at the dealer and they do great work again I want to thank Anthony and Patrick my service writer and my tech great job once again keep it up

The service department was efficient at diagnosing the problem and repairing my vehicle. Can't say enough good things about my experience with Jim at Audi Burlington. Loaner cars are available if reserved in advance and they were kind enough to drop off my car after serving it. Will use them again in the future

TDI warranty repair

Took 2 years trying to resolve the Add blue issue and at the end I was faced with arrogance from the worst customer service specialist. During my last visit the shop worked on two of the three issues I brought up and didn’t even bother to deal with the third issue ( oil low level) they actually gave me the car with the dashboard warning still on. We were looking to buy a q8 this year but due to my experience at Audi Burlington I decided to go with the BMW x6 which I bought over the weekend.Things are that bad at your service department.

INCOMPETENT TECHNICIANS

The service center failed to do a basic alignment twice in a span of 3 days. Both times they assured me it was all set and taken care - unfortunately that wasn't the case. They asked me to bring it back a 3rd time which is just laughable. Absolutely mind-boggling to think I would let them touch the car again after the first two failed attempts. Avoid at all costs!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Just an all-around terrible car-buying experience. The car FAILED INSPECTION and became my problem to deal with despite the car not even being purchased 5 days prior. The entire process (after paying for it) was a complete nightmare and required me taking two days off of work to get the car back on the road. Unacceptable for a dealership that brags about their service. Their service center is an absolute joke as well as they failed to do a basic alignment on my vehicle twice - both times they said it was fixed! Avoid at all costs!

Anthony did a great job as our service advisor. He met us at the car and brought me to his desk. He went over everything. Most importantly kept me apprised of the cars status as I was waiting for it. Also he noted there was a recall that I should schedule so he set that up too.
