Connor and Sam made this experience unforgettable! There were no high pressure or hard sales tactics like I expected. Sam was a complete professional on the phone. When I came into the dealership and met Sam in person, he reassured me that they would take care of everything, and I would love my 2023 Chevy Colorado Z71. Sam introduced me to Connor who took over the rest of the transaction. Connor handled all the paperwork and took the time to answer my questions. Connor arranged for my inspection sticker and insurance title seamlessly. I told my wife how fast and easy Quirk and Connor made this whole process that we have to call on them for her next vehicle. This is my first truck purchase and I'm happy I chose Quirk Chevrolet ...Glad to be back in the Chevy family!

Excellent buying experience at Quirk Chevy

I love how Quirk Chevy is selling Bolt and Bolt EUVs at MSRP unlike a few other dealers around the Boston area. Kudos! The sales manager that I worked with was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions in person and via email. It was excellent service, much more than I expected. I have recommended the dealer to a few other friends who’re considering the Bolt and Bolt EUVs. Will continue to do so going forward as well. Many thanks to Devon and Quirk Chevy for making this a great experience!

The nicest people ever in a car dealership! My service rep was nice as pie! Enjoyed chatting with him! And the cashier lady was, too! What a smile! My Bolt got a new battery under the Chevy recall. I was very pleased with how quickly it was done, and with the software update they gave me! Now, I finally have automatic dimming headlights! My 3 year lease ends in November,2023, and I will definitely be coming back to Quirk! We live on Cape Cod, but it's worth the trip!

Dealer and salesman Jay was honest and provided excellent service. Very impressed with Quirkcars and will recommend them to family and friends Chevrolet is another story. Chevy advertises free installation of a charger. Not so. 1) No charger. pay for that separately 2) Nothing on the web about a $1,000 maximum, which the installer tells you about. 3) No matter what you enter on the form from Qmerit, its always a custom and not a regular installation (i.e. more money from the car owner) 4) Without coming to my house the installer estimated a bill of about $3,000 and I would have to pay the difference between what Chevy offers and $3,000. 5) My electrician came and estimated $600 for the work 6) What a scam. What a ripoff

Shopping for and buying a 2023 Bolt EUV was a pleasure

There was no pressure as we shopped for, test drove, ordered and picked up our brand new Chevy Bolt EUV. We knew the exact price from the moment we selected the car and were kept up-to-date as the car was built, finished and delivered. We were given a complete overview of our car when we picked it up and were led through the process of charging, driving, parking and using all the features of our car. It could not have been easier to start in the future of driving with an electric car.

They told me my 2023 vehicle was in. I ordered a bunch of accessories for it and paid for them. I waited 4 days for them to be installed. When I went to pick up the vehicle, it had 2 scratches on it and it didn’t have all the parts I ordered. They wouldn’t fully refund me for the parts I didn’t get!!! I spent $70k on a vehicle and they are trying to take me for even more. Refund me for what you didn’t provide!

Nightmare

My wife and I had great experience at Quirk jeep when she purchased a car last year, so silly me to assume I would have the same experience buying a truck at Quirk Chevrolet in Braintree Ma. I went in after doing some research on what I was going to pay, and how much my trade was actually worth. It didn't matter. First off, the salesman played the role of a long lost friend, "I like you, I can tell that you're a good guy, so I want to help you", was what he quoted to me. Then he went to his "daddy", the sales manager with my offer, which was shot down completely. They wanted to give me $500 for my car, which was valued at $3500, and on their own website, $4300. The sales manager explained it was because I was already getting a $1500 rebate for trading in a car. Complete and utter [non-permissible content removed]. Then came the haggling, which is exhausting. The sales manager whining about the money they would be losing if they gave me more for my car. "We are just going to sell it wholesale", the sales manager quoted. I don't care where they sold it, he still wanted to sham me out of the value of it. This haggling took an hour and a half. I walked out frustrated that I paid $2000 more than I should have. It gets even worse, stay tuned for more... . Tim Brown

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at Quirk Chevrolet. Fool me twice shame on me. I called this morning to check on a vehicle they had listed. David in the internet sales department said it was available and there wasn't a sale pending. So I did the hour drive down there. As soon as I got there they knew exactly what truck I was there for. Within 20 minutes someone (not David) came to inform me that the truck was actually pending a sale. This seems like the bait and switch to get me in there. This completely wasted my day. They are incredibly unprofessional and unethical. Again this is the SECOND time this has happened to me from the people at Quirk. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

By far Quirk Chevrolet is one of the best places I have seen to purchase a vehicle , big inventory , competitive prices and friendly sales people especially my salesman Sam Dawoud who has a big smile and warm greeting ! I've purchased and leased a number of cars, and more than a number of trucks over the years. I shop a handful of dealers online, just asking for price on a specific car, and most of the responses I get back are ridiculous. Sometimes I get no response at all which makes no sense to me. The other responses are pre-recorded with a bunch of thank you's, pictures, directions, and no price. Quirk's reply just said the truck I asked about is available, you can buy it for this, and it seemed to have been written by a person because I called later and spoke to him. Giving people what they ask for, what a concept. No wonder this guy is selling so many cars and needs to buy a shipyard to keep up with demand. So I went in worked with Vinny, paid the price they gave me online. Sam the manager didn't want to give me money I wanted for my trade, but frankly, nobody is gonna give me what I wanted for it so I did the deal. Good guys, good experience. I can't think of a reason you wouldn't go to Quirk seeing the best price, amount of cars, and they treat you good.
