After talking with friends, we took their advice and shopped Herb Chambers of Auburn first. Dave and TJ took very good care of us! We arrived around 1pm and left by 4pm as owners of a brand new truck! Thanks guys!

1st Maintenance Service

Pulled up to the service garage door. Door opened and I drove in. Service advisor came over and asked what maintenance I was there for. I had an appointment and they took me right away. All they needed to do was rotate the tires and check all fluids and top them off. I was only there about a half hour and my vehicle was done. No issues. Everyone was friendly and polite.

Stoped by without an intention to buy. To my surprise I got a deal on a Highlander I couldn’t resist. Everyone I met was personable. No high pressure bait and switch sales tactics. Was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. We’ll be back.

Extreme patience

On Saturday January 20th my husband and I went to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn. While looking in the lot we ran into Jacob T. He began showing us several trucks and we test drove a few, and eventually settled on one. We are very happy with our purchase. Jacob was very polite and patient and did a great job selling us the truck. I would definitely recommend him, and due to his great service, would definitely go back to Herb chambers.
