I had the best experience working with JC as my salesman and the entire KIA of Waldorf Team. Matched the price I asked for and was in and out with my new car in less than 1 hour. No badgering to buy extra stuff, just told me what they had to offer and accepted my answer the first time.

A Very Good Experience

I had a very good experience with the sales staff at Bayside Kia of Waldorf. The salesman I worked with, Manny, was friendly, professional, answered all my questions, and I believe we worked out a good deal. Make no mistake, just as at any dealership, you will have to come prepared and do your research to make sure you get a fair deal. Because these guys know what they’re doing! But both Manny and Chris understood where I was coming from, and I felt that they were quite fair and transparent in negotiation. I got a CPO 2016 Kia Soul EV with low miles, at fair KBB value and a good value for the car overall (though I was hoping to get the deal of the century and go maybe 500 lower!) and Bayside Kia was able to find financing which matched my pre-approved financing rate from my bank. They were prompt and professional in replying to my initial inquiry, and so far, have been the same in following up. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others who are looking for a used vehicle. Can’t speak to their new car sales, or vehicle service quality yet, but the car I bought was delivered clean, and without issues. Their ‘Bayside for Life’ service plan does seem like a good deal for those buying a traditional gas car, and every car sold gets 1 year free oil changes and tire rotations, and a few other benefits. You can opt to pay and extend the coverage if you want. I chose not to since this EV won’t need oil changes, but it could be worth it for a gas car. Thanks Manny and Chris for the good experience!

Dream Car

I finally purchased my dream car 2020 KIA Optima EX Premium in the two tone color that will make heads turn wherever you/I go (pearl white with black roof top). When I arrived to the waldorf location, I showed Manny Sauls (AMAZING salesman) a picture of the car that I saw online on their website under new inventory. He looked at the picture and said “follow me.” LET ME TELL YOU...The moment I walked in the showroom, I got that “say yes to the dress/car” feeling IMMEDIATELY 💙💙. If you ever shopped for a wedding dress, then you would know the feeling I’m talking about. As I mentioned above, I worked with Manny Sauls as my AMAZING salesman and Chris Austin (AMAZING sales manager) and they BOTH worked me into my budget. Even though we didn’t go through with their finance company we surely got a damn good deal. Manny Sauls made us feel at home and very comfortable with this purchase. No pressure at all.. No stress!!!!! He is such a gentleman on all levels. Chris Austin, I want to thank you for this amazing deal!!!!!

Came in looking to trade my vehichle for a brand new Sorento. My salesperson Jon Soule made me feel comfortable from the start of the sale till when i drove off in my brand new vehicle. Never once did i feel pressured to do anything. The staff as a whole really made my experience a easy on. Their professionalism and Customer Service should be emulated to the rest of the dealerships up and down the highway. Kia of Waldorf does it right!!!!

I found a new, 2018 Optima on the Edmunds site that was listed as a Great Deal. We visited the dealership to look at the car last weekend. Vincent greeted us in a calm, non-pushy, manner. He was aware that we were considering another brand but still quickly provided a written quote before we left. We decided to go with the Optima. Not only was the Kia better value for the money, the experience was straightforward with no pricing games. Vincent and Chris were good to work with.
