Great price on used car, some downsides

Got a fully packaged used Ford Bronco with extremely low mileage for a great price (almost $5k below what Edmunds considered to be market value). Josh was great and has reached out since the purchase multiple times. He even managed to find the spare key and express ship it out to me the day after the purchase, after it had seemed to be missing. Downsides: AutoNation policy mandated that I have the car on my insurance policy before leaving the lot. If you have State Farm, you really need to do this during office ours, because adding a car to my policy took over an hour over the phone. The whole thing should’ve been unnecessary because my policy gives me 2 weeks of coverage on purchased cars without specifically adding them to the policy, but AutoNation refused to recognize this. Seems to be an AutoNation policy specifically, and man was it a pain. I live out of state so picking up the next day would’ve been very inconvenient. On a much more minor note, they forgot to fill the wiper fluid before giving me the car (it was empty and had a sensor going off before I even got home). I’m also not sure they replaced the oil like they told me since they seemingly didn’t reset the sensor, but this could’ve been an oversight since they’re not a Ford place.

Customer service is always amazing at the Timonium Autonation! Everyone from the Representative who answered the phone and was able to accommodate my late appointment up to the gentleman at the desk who always is pleasant taking my payments. Thank you for squeezing me in and replacing my brakes. They were on their last legs.

Zachary and James provided me with my first white glove car buying experience!! All paperwork was prepared in advance and my beautiful Blazer was personally delivered to my home, can’t get any easier than that! They arrived to my house on a rainy evening after a 2+ hour drive in traffic and were still very pleasant to work with. They went over the technological features with my curious husband, and helped me link my cellphone. Our car buying experience was their priority, even while facing a long drive home! I’ll be buying my fist Corvette someday from them, they have my guaranteed future business!!

A great solution to an unexpected problem

I recently had a driver blow through a stop sign and totaled my SUV. With the end of my insurance loaner approaching I needed too get a replacement. I had been to the dealership on a another matter, so I decided that I would check with the to see if they had a solution. They provided information on a lease which would provide me the car I needed at a good price. The lease origination process was quick and easy. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend AutoNation Chevrolet to anyone who is in need of a vehicle.

Excellent care of car and driver. Work is always completed in a timely manner and the service rep and cashier are super friendly. Service is always completed to my satisfaction and I've never returned for service because it was done right the 1st time as I have had to do with other shops. Satisfaction Guaranteed!All routine service on my 2018 Equinox has always been done by AutoNation Timonium, which is where I purchased my vehicle. The purchase price of our new Equinox and staff's attentiveness were great. Exceptional service, pricing and attention was given when I needed collision services. Special mention of Dennis who helped me with damage estimate and pre and post inspections. He thoroughly explained parts. Pricing and service time, which was less than expected. And thanks to Chevrolet for building such a dependable vehicle!

Second time I have been there for service. Neither job was inexpensive, but on both occasions I dealt with a guy names Hannibal (not kidding), and he was great. I felt like I got a close-to-fair price (face it, at a dealership, i’s never fair), and the job was completed in a timely fashion. NOTE: I answered “yes” that I was satisfied with the work, but I am not yet sure of that, since I just got the car back yesterday.
