Mike, the sales person of Silver Spring Sport Honda was so helpful and patiently explained all the details about the car. The whole process from test drive to leaving with a brand new car took a couple of hours. Mike explained the attractive features of the car and even helped to change some settings.

We bought the CR-V through the Costco auto program and worked with Ginny Marshall, our sales rep and the transaction was a smooth process. After a brief visit on a Sunday noon, we communicated with her through text and she updated us with the status of the car delivery to the dealership. Ginny even delivered the CR-V herself to our home in the Baltimore metro area. Excellent service!

After checking a few other dealerships in the area for a 2024 Passport I called Sports Honda and spoke with Louis. Sports Honda had the vehicle I was looking for in stock and Louis worked with me well after closing on a Saturday so that I could drive it home that evening. Louis was very helpful and patient in explaining all of the new features of the vehicle and the finance options. I received more than fair value for my trade in. I just bought my second car at Sport Honda and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. This time, I worked first with the GM, Robert Fogarty, and the salesman, Dawit Hagos. Both were great to work with. Dawit deserves a call out for a no-pressure sales approach. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around good guy. He guided me through the process of the test drive, ordering the soon-to-be-built car I wanted, getting me up to speed on the car once it arrived, and helping me when I couldn't figure out a setup step after purchase. For service on my previous car, I used the Downtown Silver Spring location (walkable for me) and was pleased with them too. Sport is a great place for sales and service.

After countless back and forth emails with pretty much every other Honda dealership in Montgomery County Maryland about purchasing a 2024 Honda Odyssey; Sport Honda in Silver Spring was the only one that I felt was being honest with me. Ginny Marshall, the online sales rep, was awesome! Not only did she answer all of my questions within one email, she beat All of the other offers I had previously gotten. She didn't push or pressure me and didn't make me come in to talk about the price. No crazy addendums, no BS market adjustments, no add-ons I didn't want, just the best price. She also made sure that when the car arrived, the time spent at the dealership was minimal. I have never had a smoother experience at a dealership. Highly recommend.

Great customer service by our sales rep Michael Canter. This included making the closing seamless without having to wait around in the dealership for hours and showing great patience in reviewing the CRV purchased. There are so many things to know about new vehicles these days and it can be overwhelming but Michael moved thru each area of the SUV including the technology and made it simple to understand. I had an excellent experience here. The staff at Sport Honda, Isaac, Josue and Andrew, were all professional and treated us better than any of my previous three leasing experiences with Honda. I was able to get just what I was looking for. I was impressed with the prompt follow up by the sales and leasing consultant, Isaac, making the initial contact after my call. Andrew, the manager, was fair and negotiated with me in good faith. I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly completing the paperwork was with Josue, the business manager. I highly recommend them to anyone in the DMV for any future car purchases or leases.

I came dealership Memorial Day weekend looking for a Passport and I found the perfect one waiting for me. A 2020 Passsport that had just be turned in off a least in the color I was looking for and features that was super clean. The previous owner must have been anal retentive like I am about caring for a vehicle. It had a Not For Sale sign on it and when I inquired about it Louis Ohaka said he would talk to his manager. They were going to sell it to Carmax and I said I wanted to test drive and Louis made it happen a few days later. Long story short, I'm now the owner of that super clean, low mileage Passport. Louis had the Passport detailed and some minor damage to the passenger side rims repaired beautifully. Louis walked me through all the features and setting up my iPhone to the Blue Tooth. The finance manager, Josue Canas got all the paper work done very smoothly with no hiccups. I'm very happy with my first Sport Honda purchase.
