I would definitely return here to buy. The salesman, sales manager, and finance person were all a pleasure to work with. Buying a car can still be a fun and enjoyable experience

Had to ask for a salesman's help after milling around in the showroom. Got my name wrong, so mail sent to my address had the wrong name. Service dep't fixed the name issue when I had my free first oil change. (Of course I haven't been back). Never received a CSI survey. Was charged for "tire disposal" although I didn't even trade in a car. (As if that would have been appropriate then). I was stupid to buy here, but I won't make that mistake again. Could say more, but this is enough.

Today I bought a new mazda from Ourisman VW adn Mazda in Rockville MD. I wanted to shop a price at other dealers, but the sales manager asked me to give him a price where he could sell it to me today. I gave him a price and was clear that this was the entire price (less tax and title as I was registering the car out of state). They met the price so I wouldn't have to go compare prices. I then proceeded to turn in my rental car and headed back to close the deal. When I returned I found out that the dealer had added $300 to the price of the car. I politely explained that this was not what we agreed to. The sales manager said there was "nothing he could do" and he'd be fine if I walked away. But I had no way to get back to the rental dealership and the new rental car would be at my expense vice my insurance company's. Now that I had no car to drive to other dealers to compare prices, they had me in a trap and as opposed to honoring our original deal, they hiked the price up on me when I basically had no other choice but to buy the car. They DID NOT deal fairly with me. They DID NOT honor our verbal agreement. They stuck it to me in the end. I will NEVER go back. I will recommend to all my friends they NEVER go there as well. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have EVER had.

I came in on a Saturday to trade my old car for a new CX-5. I worked with Chris Glakas who was very helpful. I've had several not so fun experiences with other salesmen at other stores but I have to say working with Chris was fun! He let me test drive the car like I wanted to. The whole buying experience was smooth and easy. I would totally recommend him to my friends and family. He even went with me to Starbucks while we waited for our turn in the finance office. I had a great time!

Alonso - Super Salesperson

I purchased my new Mazda3 S Touring 4dr on May 3rd at the Mazda Rockville location. My salesperson Alonso was superb and professional from start to finish. Alonso was very knowledgeable about the Mazda3. He answered all of my questions that I had about the Mazda3. Also, Alonso was very nice and friendly and very pleasant to talk to. He did not pressure me into purchasing anything. I was going to purchase my new Mazda3 under my own terms, which I can't say for other salespeople at the other dealerships. (I won't mention the dealerships) If you are going to purchase a new Mazda at the Rockville location, make sure to ask for Alonso.

Very pleasant sales/purchase experience

We got first-rate assistance and advice from Alex G of Ourisman Mazda. He was very well informed and helped us greatly in arriving at the best choice for us -- which turned out to be a beautiful and fun to drive Mazda CX-5. He also patiently helped us test drive a number of different cars -- including VWs in the adjacent Ourisman VW lot. Alex took us out for coffee and a nice chat while they finished up the paperwork (as opposed to most car sales people in our experience who are "done with you" as soon as you agree to purchase). Alex then drove our new car to us that night (after detailing etc.) so we would have it the same day. Pricing was excellent too, based on our comparison shopping. I would highly recommend this dealership and Alex G in particular. A big shout out also to Jennifer S, the business manager at Ourisman, who talked us through the financial side details -- financing, insurance, title work, etc. with clarity and helpfulness, and without pressure. Given our overall experience, we would certainly buy here again in the future.

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Ourisman Volkswagen of Rockville. The salesman, Jay G, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, making the process an enjoyable experience. After comparing the Mazda with the Toyota Rav4 I am confident I got a better car, with better features and handling, at a much better price. I have no hesitation recommending the car and dealership to friends and hope they seek out Mr. G as their salesman. Want to add that Jennifer S, the finance officer, was very helpful in the closing process.

I made an inquiry on Ourisman Mazda website on March 7. I inform them that I have 5 months left on a Mazda3 lease done with Congressional. Alonso called me the next day so I told him that I needed a quote to lease a Mazda CX-5 AWD touring. He sent the quote by email. I was also concurrently working out deals with Gaithersburg Mazda and Criswell Honda. Alonso followed up and got me in on Thursday, March 14 to get my Mazda3 appraised. He then made me a deal that was in line with email that he sent. I then left the dealership and told them that I will discuss with my wife. I was a decent deal, but my wife preferred the Honda deal of $269 which was $20 lease. There was also letter from Gaithersburg Mazda's finance manager waiting for us at home asking to call him and he will make deal happen. Since I'm not a big fan of CR-V, I called him and told him about Honda deal. Oh boy, he shot me down when he heard Honda and unwilling to match it. I then emailed Alonso to let him know that my wife decided to get Honda because their deal is better for her. Alonso responded by letting me know that he will try to speak with his manager Paul C. the next day. He doubted the deal will be matched, but he thinks he can meet halfway. Friday, March 14. D-Day I decided to drop by Ourisman on my way to pick up my wife at Metro. Alonso introduced me to Paul and to my surprise, he matched the Honda deal. A win-win in my book. Over all we were satisfied with the deal. No confusing numbers written on quad boxed paper. Only spoken numbers that I can understand. Kudos to Alonso A., Paul and Jay.

Easy, fair, and enjoyable transaction. Worked with Jay G. there and he quickly got a fair price for our trade-in, negotiated a little on our purchase, and then quickly got the deal down--very much appreciated it. And very good experience that was much better than Carmax in terms of price and service.

Contacted this dealership via Edmunds and got a quote quickly. Emailed and then met a salesman named Alonzo A. He responded to my email inquiries promptly and completely. He test drove two different cars with me on successive weekends. I found him to be straight forward and knowledgable. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman if you want to buy a Mazda via email.
