If u have not so good credit and have had bad luck with lemons from crapy dealerships like me im telling u go see mike teper from honda in parkville he got me into a 2021 NEVER HAVE I HAD A NEW CAR LIKE THAT . Everywhere i have went has denied me he made it work and told me from jump before running my credit which is good

Easy sales experience!

My sales rep Ryder worked with us and procured my Honda CR-V. Ryder is going to be a perfect sales rep as he grows experience! I would have been able to leave the lot with a white CR-V that met my expectations, but if I waited a week I could get my dream color of red. It came in as expected exactly 1 week later. The car was ready for pickup when he wasn’t working…when we arrived to pick the car up, Ryder was there to complete delivery of the CR-V. Great customer service!

Best experience in 14 years

We do not buy vehicles often since we tend to buy and hold for a very long time. Our sales person was Erin Natzke and Sam helped on the phone. The process was facilitated through the Finance manager, Todd Pegler. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The dealership is immaculate and we felt right at home. Even with our pet, Louie, who came along for the ride from Southwestern Virginia. They helped answer all of our questions, let us test drive the vehicle and the entire process was very smooth. We didn’t finance the vehicle. I’d recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family. Grade A+

We have now purchased two Hondas from Heritage Honda in Parkville. The first was 12 years ago and it finally died after 277,000 miles. We had the pleasure of working with Seth Bond for that purchase and Jeff Beck & Seth for the replacement. They are a top notch dealership and made the process very easy, seamless and smooth. I have had an excellent experience with Heritage Honda in Parkville. My sister recommended I come here. Jamie and Nick are the best. I recently purchased a 03 Honda Accord after shopping around for several months and they made my experience all worth the wait. I can not thank these guys enough.
