The Hagerstown Ford used car manager gave me a full tour of his inventory of SUV's. I told him my basic make/model and mileage preferences and where I wanted to end up with monthly payments. He offered suggestions on the most dependable makes. I chose the car that suited my needs the best and the manager worked out a deal that met my needs. The process was completely problem free. Everyone I dealt with from car selection to financing was professional and very thoughtful.

From the moment we arrived at Hagerstown Ford, we were treated like gold. Our sales associate was knowledgable, friendly and not pushy. He took time to listen to my requests and answer all of my many questions. Once we moved to finance, we were again given the royal treatment. The finance manager helped us get the warranty that would work best for us and took the time to explain all paperwork throughly. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they all went above and beyond to keep their buyer happy! Buying a car can be a stressful process but not at Hagerstown Ford. They are true professionals and have earned our business for years to come.

We bought our Fusion thru Brian - He was a very easy going - no pressure salesman - we came the next day to do a deal with him but he had already left but he had texted me the deal he could get for me. Thus our return - when we had another sales person - they started the price higher - so with that we didn't do the deal that day as Brian had left for the day. Which further showed us that Brian looked out more for the customer. He called us the next day - and worked a deal with us that was acceptable - and we returned to purchase the car. I would recommend him as your sales guy any time.

Staff was very helpful. All staff tried to help get us the best truck that we were looking for. There was no beating around the bush. Staff wanted to help in any way possible. I was not a Ford person but this is the 2nd vehicle we bought from you guys. Good chance you sell us the our 3rd as well. The only CON was there was bird poop on the hood when i bought it...

If there was a way for not give any star, I'll would do it. Recently, bought a used vehicle at this agency. Everything seemed very good at first. They could not negotiate my credit and only got me 27 months to pay the vehicle, in addition to being forced to pay two years of extended warranty. Within 2 weeks of having it and not having traveled more than 100 miles, I had a problem with the vehicle, started making a noise in the engine on the passenger side. I took it to the agency and the seller told me not to worry about it, that anything that had to be done or replaced, they would do it. When I went to the service department it turned out that it was not a "inspection point of the Maryland inspection", therefore it was not covered by the 30 day warranty. That if it was covered by the extended warranty that I had paid, but had to charge me the diagnosis, which determined that part had to change, in addition to having to pay the deductible, in addition to anything else that came along the way. They were not responsible for anything at all. The sales manager just said, "You bought a used car and it's yours, and you're responsible for repairing it if you want. I do not have anything to do there." That means I bought a vehicle in a reputed agency, and they don't be responsible for nothing. At the end, I accepted to buy it, because I need it, thinking about it, that was a good deal, but no. I only bought problems. And now I don't know what to do.. Please think twice before go to this dealer.

I had a great experience at Hagerstown Ford. I saw a vehicle posted online, went in for a test drive at 6, and walked away with it by 9:30. Everything was quick and easy. The show rooms were clean and welcoming, and the waiting room was exceptional. We were offered water or coffee and taken care of every step of the way. All the employees were more than willing to help, and extremely courteous even though it was late at night. Our finance guy was absolutely wonderful and everyone in the sales department that we worked with were kind and helpful. They gave me a great deal on a vehicle and a reasonable trade in value for my car. Great experience!

I arrived at the dealership at roughly before 1pm and was home with my new vehicle by 3:30pm, Quickest and most stress free vehicle purchase i have ever made. I had done a lot of online vehicle searching prior to going into visit. I knew exactly what vehicle i wanted to look at. A 2008 with only 28,000 miles... a rare find indeed! Paid close to 10,000 for an almost new vehicle mileage wise, and the car was very well taken care of by only one owner. Was provided with ample information about the vehicle via a carfax report, and the finance dept. was willing to work with me to meet my needs as a buyer. Overall I thought it was an incredibly smooth and easy purchase. My loan was processed with a local credit union and I got a very reasonable APR of 7% with $2000 down and a 670 credit score. Would have given another star on the rating if the dealership offered more buyer incentives, many local competitors offer free lifetime oil changes or at least a handful and I was only offered one free oil change. Also, they quickly detailed the vehicle for me and I found large globs a wax on the bumpers when I got the vehicle home, and some small scratches in the hood that could have easily been removed prior to sale..
