Me and my daughter was there one week ago and they gave us the run around they say come and ride away is a big and I mean big lying we leave their laughter.

Well where do I start ! First let me say that DeAndre was excellent. He is very knowledgeable for any vehicle on the lot. I wanted a jeep Cherokee and I got a jeep Cherokee. He did everything that a salesman supposed to do and then some. He definitely gets a 10 in my book. And the rest of the staff all thumbs up. They actually made me feel like they knew me for a long time. Great job!!! One more thing DeAndre I want to see that picture that we took up on the website. Thank you Patriots. Recommend you to anybody.

Leaky Patriot

We purchased a 2011 Liberty at the end of February. It appeared to be in good shape, though the driver side window required some repair. But it turns out the Jeep has a leaky sunroof that will cost us a lot of money to repair. I find it hard to believe that the dealer was not aware of this problem.

Joe did a great job in helping me get my family into a newer and more reliable vehicle. I had a “difficult “ deal to get done and Patriot Auto was able to get it done. I would recommend the dealership, specifically Joe. They have a nice selection and the cars all seem to be in good condition. If you have poor credit like I do, this is the place to go!

These guys are completely unprofessional I bought a car from these guys 3 months later it went up please do not buy from these guys and they were not trying to help me out when I told them about the situation the car that I had bought from them they force me in it like they were trying to set me up please don't make the same mistake I did

They treat there customers excellent. If they tell u they can get u in a vehicle they do. They go out there way to do so. And ms. Wendy is a great person n works her hardest to get you what you want.

Im a single mom with a tight budget and the sales team right away made me feel "at home" very nice and professional. Did not try and sell me what they wanted but what i wanted and was beat for me Tim Joe and Ryan were awesome!! I would highly recommend patriot auto to anyone looking for a used car!

Jason J - 8/8/2017 My Sales person was Deandre - He has Excellent Customer Service Skills, I did a internet application and then called in Deandre was the ""Man"" he was very professional and knowledgeable over the phone answered all my questions and invited me to come in and he assured me they could help me. Once at the Dealership Deandre was the first person to come out the trailer with a big pleasant smile and asked can I help you Attitude not even knowing who I was nor did I know he was the person I spoke to on the phone. His professional manner really kept me interested in wanting to purchase my car from Patriot. I noticed the office atmosphere among the sales reps. was the best I seen in a dealership. Tim also was Awesome, when it came down to finalizing my purchase and doing the paperwork Tim was also very professional and had a superb customer service attitude and a very pleasant manner. Both Deandre and Tim made my experience at Patriot a good one and glad and proud to say I purchased a car from them.

Do not buy from Patriot Auto

Patriot Auto is very unprofessional and does not keep there word. The Service shop mechanics do not know what they are doing and take forever to complete the service. I purchased my car and left it overnight so that they could handle any issues with it but when I came back the next day to pick my car up they were trying to work on it last minute. They claim I need a new radio and were trying to replace it when the car has been sitting all of that time. The customer definitely does not come first. This place is a joke.

The worst I purchase a Dodge Journey had it for only a month, also I had concerns so I took it back for service 3 times only for my personal mechanic to tell me they sold me car with a bad engine so I had the car towed back at my expense only for patriot service department to call and tell me they found the problem finally that my transmission is cracked. How was this car able to pass expection,

Saw a great deal online. Went to visit the dealership and got a great deal on my 2009 Honda Accord. It came with a 30 day warranty, not that I ended up using it. They just treat your really well and I would buy from them again.
