The entire process, other than waiting for Ford to build the car which was certainly out of Norris's control, was awesome. They notified me the minute it arrived and had it ready for pickup w/ in 24 hours. The sales and finance team were prepared for me when I arrived to pick the truck up and trade in my Jeep. Hands down the best car buying experience I have had! Warren Paugh helped me find the vehicle I had been searching for over the last month! He got back to me so quickly! The team at Norris Ford went above and beyond in assisting with the purchase of my new car. They were so caring and helpful! Brett Koopman went to work in getting me the best rate possible and getting as much taken care of before I came to pick up the car as we could. This made my trip to the dealership very easy and I was out in less than an hour! Gary Parsons made sure I understood every aspect of the car and how to work it before I left the lot. Frank Balsamo in finance walked us through the different maintenance and warranties so we knew we were making the best decision. By the way the warranty & maintenance package, all that they offer is totally worth it. Best warranty I have seen thus far! They truly made me feel like apart of the family! Everyone was so friendly and when we left we felt like we made a great decision. We felt like we had been taken care or in no way taken advantage of! I will definitely send my friends and family their way! HIGHLY recommend!

Working with Norris Ford has been amazing, from start to finish. My Sales consultant Richard Posko made me feel like the most important customer from our first interaction. He was super helpful in assisting me with my purchase. Helping me find the correct one and secure it while in transit. Once it arrived, since I didn't live close to the dealership, he sent my pictures of the car until I could make it in a few days later. Also of note is the Sales Manager, Brett Koopman. He called and helped me fill out my credit application and secure a rate comparable to what my credit union was offering. Making sure that when I walked in the door everything was done. I simply needed to sign and drive away. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service but even more than that the kind hearts of the men who helped me get my dream car. It is very much appreciated when many others are just concerned with making a sale.

The first vehicle I purchased from Norris Ford was back in 2016 and I couldn't have been happier with the service or the vehicle. It was the truck I had wanted since I was a little kid. Since then I have referred them to family and friends anytime someone is looking for a vehicle. My poor truck was totaled recently and I contacted Stan Ma at Norris for a new vehicle. He walked me through the process, explained a few features that I was wondering about, and even talked me out of a few that he knew I didn't need, to keep cost down. I drove off the lot yesterday in a brand new F-150 and I couldn't be happier.

Very easy non-pressured, friendly environment. Very smooth buying process. We conducted 95% of our communication online. Upon arrival to the dealership, the deal was as negotiated; no surprises. They even honored the sight-unseen appraisal of my trade -in even though there were unknown issues with my trade. I received rebates & a military discount with my id.me.com account. I never buy new due to depreciation, however, I received such a good deal and great service, I bought my first ever new truck and I'm quite happy! Ford buyers, DON"T FORGET to use your loyalty points! We were able to use ours to purchase the oil service plan...nothing extra out-of-pocket!
