The entire process, other than waiting for Ford to build the car which was certainly out of Norris's control, was awesome. They notified me the minute it arrived and had it ready for pickup w/ in 24 hours. The sales and finance team were prepared for me when I arrived to pick the truck up and trade in my Jeep. Can't thank them all enough.
