We recently bought our new 8 series convertible from the amazing Jae Lim. He is quite possibly the best salesman we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He goes above and beyond for us, always has a smile on his face and truly continues our relationship to keep us happy!! Jae is probably the most honest and patient BMW sales advisor ever. I test drove the same car three times because I really wanted to be sure that was the one I wanted, and on each occasion, Jae was so welcoming! Not once did I ever feel rushed or that I was being “too much.” Not only that, but he also took the time to explain the process of buying the car in the most economical way possible for me. I didn’t have to deal with unnecessary fees or hidden costs - he was transparent with the whole process in general. He’s super responsive, but never puts pressure on you to buy anything. I wish every car dealership and sales advisor did business with the integrity and candidness that Jae does.
