Mann Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Richmond

We had been looking and researching for a newer Jeep Wrangled for several weeks. My wife see a listing on a vehicle at Mann Jeep last Sat we made the hour and a half drive to Mann. We found the Jeep on the lot, looked at the vehicle for several minutes then walked to the sales office. A sales associate greeted us and asked if they could offer any assistance. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. We started to work with David T. our sales person. He allowed us to drive the vehicle on or own again with no pressure. After driving we made the decision to make the purchase. After only a few minutes with David we came to a quick agreement on a sale price. I had done my research in advance on the TMV for what I was purchasing. Mann meet that price with very little negotiating. There where a few items I wanted verified in the service department and this was done that very next Monday. David then took the time to bring the Jeep to us. Again, over an hour and half drive. One week later, I could not go with out writing this review for them. From start to finish, the purchase was easy and even enjoyable. Every single person we meet and worked with has just been so very friendly and professional. My wife and I lover our 2014 Jeep and Mann. David T was the best sales person I have ever worked with in over 35 years of car buying. Thank you Mann Chrysler Jeep and David.

I bought a Chevrolet truck from Mann and Kevin was very helpful but wouldn't let me take the truck to my local mechanic or drive the vehicle for a day or two before making a purchase. Three days after our purchase My wife and I noticed the transmission slipping. We called the dealership but never received a return call. After another week I called and sales manager Todd informed me that there was nothing they could do to help because we did not purchase the extended warranty and that I "should have done more research before buying a vehicle from them". I am a first time buyer and was left with a very bad experience after months of research. I wish I had never purchased a vehicle from Mann CDJ or Richmond. I now know I should do more research on the dealership. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who wanted a quality vehicle and an honest dealer who would stand behind a sale.

I usually don't submit reviews, but felt the need to warn other buyers not to buy a used car from this dealer. I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and have already spent $1,000 in repairs. It was as-is, but I expect more from a new car dealership. You're better off buying from some buy here - pay here dealership
