A sad ending.....

We have purchased 2 new Mazdas from Oxmoor. Our first experience was great. Our second experience not so much. At first all was great....then one month later we were informed that the original contract wasn't accepted as they had made a mistake and we had to redo the contract. A MONTH LATER. So we redo the contract and now we're getting past due payment notices on the car we traded as part of the deal. The trade in had not been paid off. The trade in had been sold off their used car lot in under 2 weeks. Sold with an unpaid payoff in our name. Now, after 5 weeks and too many phone calls it appears to have been resolved. It makes us sad as we thought we had found a great dealership. Lesson learned.

Adds taxable unremovable junk fees

Found a vehicle I liked and was ok with the price online. When I was given the full pricing it had over $1600 in taxable unremovable junk fees added. $600 of that was a "dealership fee" which was described as "added to complete all the paperwork related to the sale of a vehicle, including the sales contracts, filings with the DMV, and any other paperwork." All of that is what the doc fee is supposed to cover.

Pleasant, Low Pressure Purchase Experience

Very knowledgeable and friendly sales people at this dealership. I was glad it was open on Sunday so I didn't have to miss work to buy a car. The car itself is great, it was a perfect fit for me, and I love all the fun features it has. This dealership had a great selection of cars available which is not what I was seeing elsewhere.

Our salesperson Tyler was extremely professional, friendly, courteous, genuine and helpful. He listened and adapted quickly to our needs. We have left other dealerships for lack of these qualities. We are both professional sales people and more critical than most. Oxmoor Mazda - hang on to Tyler. He has "it" ! Tim in finance was also helpful, courteous and Professional. An overall GREAT experience.

Shady dealer

Tried to buy a new car over internet, told dealer I had 3 other dealers that offered me prices under MSRP, asked what they could offer, was told they only sold at MSRP. Told them thanks but I had better offers. Next day they came back and they found 2 cars that they could sell below MSRP. Picked one out and when they sent me the offer, it was above MSRP. When I called them out on it, they got rude. Don't know if they thought they could get one over on me because I was a woman, or if they do this to all customers, either way, I walked.

Excellent Sales Experience

We were met and greeted by someone as we exited our vehicle. All personnel we encountered were very polite and helpful. They answered my questions. I had done prior research and a previous dealer could not explain features. I was never pressured. They presented the facts and I was always given choices. Tyler was my salesman. He did an excellent job.

Wonderful experience!

From the minute we stepped onto the Mazda lot we were greeted with amazing hospitality. Our sales associate was an intern leaving for college this fall and he was so knowledgeable and patient!! He allowed me to test drive every car I was interested in, gave me all the specs and details, and even gave me quotes on all I was interested in, knowing I wasn’t ready to purchase that day. Garret made the whole experience so easy and then the finance associate walked us through all the warranty extra options and payments. Everyone was so personable. 10/10 recommend.

I purchased a new Mazda CX-5 from Oxmoor Mazda. My salesman was Herbert Webster and my experience could not have been better. Herbert is very knowledgeable about the Mazda vehicles. I saved over $1000.00 compared to Neil Huffman Mazda. I highly recommend Oxmoor Mazda and Herbert Webster.

This dealership is a very good one to do your auto business with. I was satisfied from the day I bought my Mazda 3 and still am. The service dept. is excellent. Cory Rash is very good at his job from giving you an estimate on the work before it is performed, keeping you updated with the results while being performed, and saving me money on a tire rotation I requested that he informed me of not needing at present time. I thanked him for that.
